Phil Connelly from Well Working delivered my Herman Miller Mira 2 office chair today and I can honestly say I experienced the best customer service I've ever received. Not only are their prices excellent, they delivered super fast, had excellent communications and Phil spent 20-30 minutes with me going over the features of the chair and how to get the most out of its setup. I don’t usually write reviews but had to write one for this company as the customer service is exceptional. I have been looking for a Herman Miller chair for a while and after a lot of research I decided to buy from Well Working as the price was very competitive and the company reviews were very good. I ordered on Wednesday 19th and got an immediate confirmation and then shortly after a delivery day of Friday 21st June. The day before I received a deliver 1 hour time slot. Peter who delivered my chair arrived on time and was very friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable about the chair and demonstrated all its features. He also talked through what to do if we had any issues or if any issues came up in the future. The chair is exactly as described and we are very pleased with it. I will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

I have bought 2 Herman Miller chairs from Wellworking in the last 2 years. Excellent company to deal with . One of the chairs developed an issued underneath the seating area. Immediate response and delivered another chair within a week . Highly recommended. Also the drivers delivering the chairs are pleasant and knowledgeable which is a big plus .

I've had an excellent experience with Wellworking. I initially bought a chair for WFH which didn't feel quite right (I was looking for something to use in the long-term) and they happily arranged a free collection and full refund with no bother. They also suggested booking a visit to their offices to try a few different chairs, which was really helpful. A special thanks to Phil, who delivered the original chair, and Richard, who helped me try out some alternative chairs at one of the Wellworking offices. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about the different products etc.

Relocated my office to home, so I had bought furniture elsewhere and just needed chairs. I wanted Herman Miller Verus Triflex and shopped around. Wellworking had one of the equal-best prices and good stated lead time. I didn't need nor expect anything besides fulfilment of my order. HOWEVER What prompted me to write the review was the efficiency, communication and friendliness. I had emails keeping me updated with my order and stating a delivery window - sent from the dispatching depot, which seems to be part of Wellworking, not a third-party shipper. Delivery was with a smile by someone from Wellworking, on time and with courtesy. I would recommend.

Selling Herman Chairs with no guarantee sticker! I ordered a Herman Millet office chair and it’s arrived with no guarantee sticker on the bottom. The delivery driver asked me to contact the office which I did within a few hours and got no response. I emailed them again on Monday and they’ve said we’ll make a note of it. I’ve asked them to either supply the guarantee sticker or collect the chair and give me a refund. Surprise.surprise no response. Buyer beware! Selling expensive chairs with no guarantee sticker and poor customer service!

I bought my Herman Miller Aeron chair just under ten years ago. It has a 12 year structural warranty. I noticed that the arms had become loose and the tensioner that control forward and backward spring of the chair back and become less effective. Over the decade I have had the chair I have moved heavy furniture around and as a result the chair could not be removed without being taken apart. This presented an issue because the visiting engineer was not familiar with that specific model. He had come with a temporary replacement and had intended to take it back to the workshop to repair. A second visit was arranged and they were able to dismantle my chair to get it to the workshop and provide a pre-dismantled demo replacement which they rebuilt in my office so that I had the replacement whilst they repaired mine. I was kept informed along the way by phone messages and emails. My chair has been repaired and feels better than I remember it feeling when it was new. I consider I had outstanding support and would like to thank Chris and Tasha for going the extra mile - I definitely felt that they wanted to exceed my expectations.

Along with many others who've left reviews here, I can't recommend Wellworking highly enough for their individual care and determination to get things right for customers. I'm also delighted with the chair I purchased at a very good price. Many thanks and much respect for holding on to values of excellent customer service in a world of anonymity and sales targets.

We ordered six Vitra Eames dining chairs, which were delivered today. We have had brilliant and really friendly service throughout, from answering our initial questions to keeping us informed about the progress of the order to the actual delivery. Andy, who delivered the chairs, was on time and could not have been more helpful, getting everything unpacked and the wrappings taken away. We are absolutely delighted with the chairs and the speed with which we got them. Excellent service from Wellworking. Great product.
