Excellent product and great service, despite some confusion on the website with the description of the chair being the same as another, as the chair colour that was delivered (48hrs after order was placed) was not the one that I ordered. However within another 48 hours this was collected and replaced with the correct chair, all of which was communicated well and very timely. Would have been 5 stars if chair would have been correct on first delivery. I would use this company again despite the slight set-back.

First class service from Wellworking. I ordered a new chair for my home office, delivered just a couple of days later by Phil who talked me through how to get the most from it and clearly knew his stuff. Very impressed with the product and service.

I bought a Herman Miller chair and Wellworking were significantly cheaper than the manufacturer price. Customer service was excellent and delivery times swift. Delivery guy was very helpful too by carrying the chair up a flight of stairs. Recommended!

Amending my review after a hugely impressive after sales care strategy by their logistics team. Items are clearly of high quality and well packaged and where I had a small issue their team jumped on it immediately and fixed my problem. I’m just a single ‘home office’ type customer but was made to feel like Jeff Bezos. Excellent

Bought a Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair from Wellworking. The delivery communication was prompt and told me date and one-hour delivery slot, along with the option to contact them if I needed to change it. Also included full description of the Covid-safe delivery process, including assembly "in-van" and disposal of the packing materials. Delivery was dead on-time,assembly took a few minutes and I've been using my new, very comfortable, highly customisable Mirra 2 chair for two days. All in all, excellent service - thoroughly recommended, based on what I have experienced so far.

I bought a Herman Miller chair and it's one of the most smooth transactions experience I had. The operation from receipt of order to confirmation of delivery time slot to physical delivery is super efficient. I am very happy with the chair. The only thing I'm not clear is how to ensure the 12 years warranty is in force. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought a Herman Miller Aeron from Wellworking, which was delivered very quickly and for free. It was fully assembled and I was given a useful set up demonstration on the doorstep. They offered the best price I could find anywhere and I am really pleased with the chair. I would recommend Wellworking to anyone.
