United States | 20 January 2024Up until a week ago these folks were great. However, now they are in incommunicado. emails are not answered, the phone just answers and hangs up. This is worrisome. Am I going to need a lawyer to deal with my lawyer. What about all of the cash I have paid. It get worse> I just checked their BBB and Level One's rating has been dropped to "F" as in Failed. That's as bad as it gets. The BBB reviews are terrible. HERE IS THE TRUTH: Federal and State Regulators just shut them down. And it keeps getting worse. I requested that Global Holdings close my accoun and refund my money. Out of $2400.00 paid in they said I have only $47.07 as all of the rest went to "FEES". Fees before service. They are a Cabal of thieves and crooks.
