I wasn't sure at first, but I received my first settlement the other day. Yes, the company takes their fees out first, and I was told this from the beginning. Hopefully, the next settlement will come soon. Level One Law so far has done everything I was informed.

Out of 11 enrolled creditors only one has completed the pre-settlement process since I started the process with Level One Law on March 29, 2023.
