Protein tasted fine enough however I product is a whey and casen blend and this was not clear based on ingredients or description. Not pleased with the way this product was advertised..I would not have purchased if I knew this

I ordered, with my points, 5 resistance bands which included a free shaker. I received the shaker only. On line Lexi admitted M & S mistake and sent out a reorder of bands. Today 12/12 I received another shaker and no bands!! Unreal…..

Dear Muscle & Strength, I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the whey protein I received. The container arrived open, dirty, and without a protective seal, making it appear as though it had been used before. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of money. Fast free shipping! All items purchased were correctly picked & shipped! The main sale item ( buy 1 get 2 free Pre workout drink mix) was somehow hardened & clumped up. But it eventually dissolved in water and still tasted fine, and the expiration said 2026 so I guess it will be okay. Overall I'll use M&S again!
