Shipping seems to have been delayed this time. It's usually quick. I reached out to Ms and received tracking info. There weren't any updates until I reached out which is odd and unlike my other experiences with MS. I've only had good experiences in the past.

Buyer beware…. 🚨 🚨 Muscle and strength sent me the wrong product and it’s making me return the product they sent wrong first before they send me the correct product which means I am now out of protein Terrible customer service will not return There are plenty of companies out there that take care of their customers. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Reliability

Overall good experience. My order was processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe. The product (muscle tech mass tech extreme 2000, triple chocolate brownie, 20lbs) tastes different from a 6lbs package I had bought a few weeks ago. At this point I’m hoping the results are still consistent even if the flavor isn’t. Btw, 6lbs package had better taste imo.

I enjoy your products and pricing. I have generally had good customer service as well. The most recent order took 2 weeks to get to me, so that was uncharacteristic and unfortunate.
