I ordered a Spyderco UK Pen Knife and received a Spyderco Squeak instead (a considerably smaller knife worth £25 less). They promptly handled the issue on the next working day, arranging collection of the wrong knife and sending out the correct one. For my troubles, they included a free Spyderco t-shirt, worth £24.
