Great service from Edgar Brothers. Had an issue with a flashlight (Manufacturers fault). Contacted the customer service team and a replacement was sent out to me very quickly once the returned item had reached them. Can't fault the service offered and I have no hesitation in ordering from them again in the future.

This review is for a 76 year old colleague of mine who won’t or can’t do it himself! He recently took his well worn Zoli Kronos to the factory and left it there with a quoted hourly rate given to cure his ‘double discharge’ problem. When he went to collect it only ten working days later he was given a verbal list of lots of jobs that had been done to his gun, mainly to redo work he’d had done previously by other, more local, gun smiths and which had hardly ever been successful first time. He was then amazed to find they were not going to charge him due to his love and care he had given his gun over many years, indeed he bought it long before Edgar brothers became agents for Zoli. The gun now works spot on and he can now even use any brand of cartridge in his top barrel instead of only two brands to avoid ‘ light strikes’ on second shot ( non selectable trap gun)
