Fantastic help from Abdul,

Abdul is good at his job. Excellent customer service, attend to all my questions and also provide good solutions to it.

Spoke with Abdul this morning regarding my account, he was very helpful, answered my queries and cleared everything up that I had questions about. He also suggested that I was paying too much on my gas and electric, and he was right, managed to make a saving of around 20 pound!

Spoke to shaz this morning, I was put at ease with my phonecall and his reassurance and professionalism made my anxiety calm and relaxed which i get terrible when talking on the phone, well explained . Nice guy ✌🏼 X
