I am disabled with M.S so I do need to keep asking to repeat what has been said nothing was too much trouble he did go through my account fully of what was happening with it. I would be very happy for him to be available again was a lovely friendly chat made me feel so relaxed I would say many thanks Shaz with a smile

Wow what a relief and huge weight off my shoulders to talk to Osman Farah today. Not only was he kind understanding and helpful, he ended up making me realise there is light at the end of the tunnel. He made me smile, he made me laugh and anyone with debt will know how laughter is a thing of the past. Osman changed that. He truly was professional and made me feel I was worth something. This company and the staff are great and they really do care. It's not about taking money from you, it's about helping you out of a deep hole, to no longer feel like you're drowning.
