Debt compare is very helpful. They explain the process in great detail and they're communication among different outlets is very thorough and reassuring. When speaking to Shaz, he was very understanding and did all he could to better my situation.

My journey with Debt Compare started off a little shaky, due to the process not being properly explained. However, whenever I have had a problem with my creditors they got dealt with. This last week I have had a problem and today I spoke with Shaz (forgive me if I got his name wrong) but he helped me deal with it there and then with the company on the phone which was very helpful, as that way everyone was informed on the situation and hopefully this will be dealt with swiftly. Thank you for all your help regarding this matter and getting my debts in order!

Mail was sent from wescot to my bank, after being contacted by my bank i called debt compare i was really angry, spoke to a guy called Shaz he calmed me down and did a conference call to wescot to sort it out. While on the call other situations came up such as money in limbo, I had no idea... the money was leaving my account so I assumed it was being paid.. I am so greatful to Shaz who took the conversation I was angry, I really wouldn't have resolved this without him I don't have the patience he has. He resolved the situations and has told me the steps I need to do regarding the mail sent to my bank. I can't thank Shaz enough honestly I would have hung up the phone on wescot so thank you.

Riz is an amazing customer service agent, i keep in contact with him as he helps to soothe the mind of any debt that i have , the company has actually helped me so so much before i had debts of up to £400 a month which has now gone down to £80 a month, i cant be more pleased, thanks guys you are the best :)

I never used this service as it seemed pointless to me someone taking £40 a month off you to help you pay your debt off when that’s an xtra £40 you can be paying your debt with ! Have to say I spoke to Abdul who was lovely but unclear about how it worked.Ivor on the other hand was so lovely and helpful very well mannered down to earth and very understanding of my situation, he should be awarded for this as he made me feel so much more at ease, I felt Abdul as lovely as he was was more trying to give me the hard sell which was very off putting .Great idea if you can afford the extra £40 every month.I just can’t !

Had an amazing advisor called Luke. He was very helpful, polite and professional. He definatly knows his job and has great customer service skills. Was also very upbeat and knows how to make light of a difficult situation. Would recommend anyone struggling with debts to speak to him. If more people were like luke the world would be a better place 👍🏻
