Excellent member of staff (Abdul) handled my request and query’s very quickly and easily! He was polite and professional all the time and done everything he needed to to help me. Debt Compare as a company however is not as highly rated more 2/3 stars, they go back on what there say more often then not, was told 3 months for agreements to be made (nearly a year, May to Jan/feb as last agreement to go in was not send with any details of who it goes to I had to set it up myself took two calls to just get the details sent through) very expensive have payed out over 3x my debt worth to them and payed of less then a 1/4 of my debt to this date. They claim any charges that get added to your account whilst agreements are set up will be attempted to be removed as I was told I’m not aloud to continue paying them whilst agreements where being set up most my debt nearly doubled in that time. Overall they've sort of helped me but caused bigger financial problems, with one of them problems being, it’s only going to cost me about £2,500 to them whilst my total debt when contacted was just under £1,000 now even with some payed of it nearer to £1,600. Considering they where contacted because of a struggle paying the bazar extra money to pay is outstanding.

Absolutely brilliant they're so helpful and talk you through everything. I would definitely recommend them.
