Do not trust this company! They prey on your desperation to get out of debt. If you do want to sign up with these guys, please please read and re-read the terms and conditions. The cooling off period is 14 days to the bloody second, not the working day like every other sane company. If you're out of their "cooling off period" even by a few minutes, you need to pay 3 months cancellation fees, it's ridiculous. Stay away!

She was my case handler. Very polite, sweet and very helpful. She always made sure i had no worries, and she did everything to keep me updated and calm whilst they were dealing with my finances. she was very easy to talk to, and made sure i understood every aspect of what was going on in with my case. i would recommend!
