I started this process back in June 2019 and although my situation is still ongoing, I have complete confidence that it will be resolved by Debt Compare. On Christmas Eve I spoke to Abdul, who was brilliant. I phoned towards the end of the day and the office was due to be closing for Christmas but I didn’t feel hurried at all - he listened to me, offered support and made me feel reassured that everything was in hand. A continued, fantastic service - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

NOVEMBER As a follow on from my previous post a couple of weeks ago, I have had the pleasure of speaking to Tierney re my case. This was not because I called in, but a courtesy call to ask me how things were going my end. Deciding to address your creditors and admitting you need support in doing so is a huge step and I can honestly say that throughout the last 3 weeks, support is exactly what I've had along with some really sound and reassuring advice. Tierney helped address some of the concerns I had relating to 1) going through this process in general and 2) some of the negative posts on here! My advice would be cooperate and provide as much info as you can. Of the 8 creditors I have, 2 are already on board with the proposal put to them. Tierney really empathised with the predicament I've found myself in and I truly believe I'm in safe hands. Thanks Tierney! OCTOBER A big thanks to Luke and Kia for supporting me through this process so far. They have been very understanding of my situation and have done everything they can to reassure me. The Admitting defeat and entering in to an arrangement was a scary prospect for me. But less than a week later all the wheels are in motion and my anxiety levels are down knowing I'm on the road to clearing my debts in a controlled way. Not denying the road may get a bit bumpy over the next couple of months as formal arrangements are put in place with my creditors but I feel comforted to know Kia and the team are only a phone call away if needed. Fantastic service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
