Had an amazing experience passed first time with just 1 minor with guidance and patience from instructor Tan, is very professional and friendly with his teaching and knows how to make the driving experience stress free. Truly recommend for those who are willing to obtain their driving license.

I was suggested this driving school by my sister who had passed first time with Ferzana so i decided to take my lessons with Ferzana too. Honestly the best instructor i cannot reccomend her enough to everyone, any time my friends ask for a good instructor i am the first to say A1 with Ferzana! Excellent teaching techniques, identifies strengths and weakness and works on these to give you the pass that you want!! So happy i did my lessons with Ferzana absloutely amazing instructor cannot thank her enough!!

Just passed my test with zaf and not only did he help me pass but he turned me into a way better driver and theres no one else I would recommend. I had no previous experience and zaf from start to finish he provided the best service. Couldn't ask for a better instructor.

I enjoyed my experience with a1 my driving instructor Sonia was friendly and helpful and helped me so much to pass the first time I recommend Sonia as she is An excellent instructor.

Had very poor communication. Wasted many hours doing the same thing again and again when was ready for other things. Would cancel lessons last minute and instructor would call/text after 9pm to cancel lessons LAST MINUTE.

I was suggested this driving school after going through a crisis situation where I had 2 weeks left for my test and my old instructor bailed out on me. Tan was super supportive and nice and 1 week before my test, changed his schedule for me and did classes everyday before my test week even with the backlog of students he had. After his tips and tricks and his genuine guidance, I manage to pass the test on my first try and I have all to thank for Tan without whom I wouldn't have managed. Brilliant instructor and recommend him absolutely as the best instructor available.

I will definitely recommend A1 my instructor was Faz he showed me every single test rout, helped me overcome all my mistakes while driving and i passed my text in the first go.

A1 driving school has been really good and the instructor Haji Akhtar has been really excellent with helping me to pass. I came from a different driving school that didn’t work for me and wasn’t helpful at all but since moving to A1, my driving improved a lot that helped me to pass. Honestly hands down the best driving school Iv ever been too. Zaf is one of the most genuine instructor out there . After going to a few driving schools in derby I finally came to A1 driving school in which I am so glad I did!
