Product and price excellent but delivery and date left me in limbo.

Usually orders arrive very quickly but not on this occasion. I got an offer of free express delivery and as we were maybe going away for a few days I decided to take up your kind offer as 48 hour was ample time for the order to be delivered before then. However the order didn't arrive before we went away, but was delivered while we were away. Yodel left it on my doorstep, which normally wouldn't have been a problem, but the weather wasn't very good and I arrived home to a box falling to pieces as it was so wet. The contents were fine but I didn't think much of yodel. They could have put it in any one of the sheds beside the house.
