My British Airways Avios points always fail with this retailer. They have only come through on one occasion. They have been rejected multiple times otherwise. They should either sort it or be honest and remove themselves from the scheme.

The courier failed to deliver my order, it was returned to simply supplements, no information was shown on courier site (yodel). Simply supplements had received package and quickly re shipped, came within 3 days. BTW there was no problem with delivery address quoted, as confirmed by simply supplements.
