Don't buy from this company. Rated F with BBB. I bought a brand new snow blower and the first time I went to use it, the auger cable snapped off. Emailed and called them, no response. Reported to the BBB, they didn't even respond to them. Unacceptable!

I been trying to order parts for my lawn mower, and the part are not list on the website. tried calling, not no response. i have email twice, still no response. the customer service for this company is so unorganized, lack any kind of communication to help when it comes to solving problem, and the part depart website is in complete. need to be update. may have to trash my lawn mower because unable to find the part needed to pick the mower, poor customer service, or should i say no customer service.

Similar to the majority of reviews on this thread, I share the same sentiment. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to customer support regarding a battery return, but have received no response. The battery in question was intended as a backup for an electric snowblower. Although I had no issues returning the snowblower itself (due to its poor performance) through Walmart, the battery was purchased directly from PowerSmart. Unfortunately, my four emails regarding the battery have gone unanswered. It is truly disappointing to witness such a poor level of customer service from a company.

Awful! I would tell you never to go near them. I purchased a snow blower, it worked for 10 minutes and then didn’t. That wasn’t my issue however. The customer service is pathetic! I tried to call 3 times and every time I got to the next in line I got kicked back. I emailed to which they responded once and went radio silent. Thankfully, I purchased additional protect so can send it back to the store I purchased from. You have been warned!

Hey everyone, this is not so much of a review this time but it's more of an update. Since posting my review, someone from Powersmart did finally actually respond to me via email and we did get my problem resolved. Although I did my money back, I'm not sure that I would buy anything from this company again until they get their stuff straight and drastically improve their customer service! There is absolutely no excuse for the way they treat their customers and not answering calls and come up with lame excuses that their phones don't work. Good luck to everyone else.

If it would let me I would give them a "0". You call their "customer service number" and get caught in an infinite loop nobody ever comes to answer your calls

Power Smart is a dishonest company - at least for it's affiliates. I joined their program only to find out they have a low 2% commission - not worth promoting so I left it alone. I never received any email or communication. This morning I saw they decided to leave a negative review because they hadn't gotten any sales. What?! They didn't bother communicating at all unlike other companies and like I said, a super low commission isn't enticing. This brand is definitely unprofessional and to leave feedback when there was no interaction or communication with them. Not a brand I would recommend supporting. And judging by customer experiences this is not a brand I would want to support. Shoppers and buyers beware.

This is the worst customer service ever. I bought a snow blower that is now leaking gas. No one in my area will service this snow blower because they have hard time getting parts from this company. I tried to call to find out if there is a service area near me but I just keep getting thrown in a loop and never really actually speaking with a person. I have also sent several emails with no response. Can someone please reach out to let me know where I can get this thing serviced. I will never by any powersmart products again!!!!!!

We bought snowblower in Sept. Used for first time in January. After just total of less than two hours use auger belt broke. Tried calling customer service and was placed on hold each time for over half hour just to be told there is nobody available at this time. Tried emailing support no replies. They have the worst customer service of any company. Have even gone as far as expressing my disappointment and no acknowledgement. Also no replies back for 7 to 10 days when I do email them. I have never dealt with a company with such horrible customer service.

Order Number : 1129056804249 I bought this electric snow blower in august of 2023. Winter has come and I had to use it. I discovered that I can’t push blower forward on concrete sidewalk. It was really difficult to push snow blower even on smooth asphalt. I sent email to the company on the January 16 and January 17. On January 19 I contacted company by phone. It looked like provided phone number belongs to a different company and not to the PowerSmart. Nobody picked up a phone. Don’t buy this terrible product. It does not work.

I bought a PowerSmart PSSW24 24 in 2121 cc 2-stage Electric Start Gas Snow Blower on March 09, 2022. This is the first time i have used and it didn't start, It is under warranty till 2024, so trying to reach customer care. The IVR sucks, I have called 8 times and waited around 40-50 minutes each time, After waiting for so long the IVR says, Press 0 to speak to an operator and 1 to dial by name., and it got hung up. Seriously.? They need to update their outdated cheap IVR. Never buy anything from this company., Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service and Poor Reliability.

Worst Customer service company I have dealt with (Power Smart USA)trying to replace a snowblower part and no one whatsoever has helped me out at all, zero return calls zero email returns so I recommend buying a different brand for your needs I could've had used my money for a much better brand ,I hope everyone reads this and realizes this is the worst service possible YES!!! take your money somewhere else and buy better /reliable machine , I wished there were 0 stars to give .

I purchased a power smart self-propelled lawn mower. On April the 10th 2023. A month and a 1/2 after I received it. The lawn mower stopped working. The engine would not start. So I called the company. And the lady told me the particular engine that I had. They have lots of problems with them and they are not selling them Anymore, they are giving refunds. I still have not gotten my refund. And every time I call,the phones do not work. I get knocked off when they say I'm next in line. Nobody answers the phones. I just want my money back. 😞

After trying to reach customer service for 6 months and never getting past hold it's apparent they do not exist. Don't bother trying to file a warranty claim or ordering parts which YOU WILL NEED with their products as they are a scam corporation.

I purchased a lawnmower that was delivered on September 28, 2022. It developed some issues (won't start when hot) and on June 21, 2023 the plastic casing broke. I cannot use the lawnmower anymore because the blade is touching the ground. The item is supposed to come with 3-year warranty, but when I called 800.791.9458, a customer service number, I was on hold for 40 minutes and had to hang up. Update. Three and a half months later I get a response on TrustPilot? I commend you for your efficiency!
