United Kingdom | 12 June 2013I used WAE+ for the first time recently and was very impressed with them and will definitely recommend them to anyone. The website was easy to use, the prices competitive but most importantly my item arrived very quickly. I live in a remote part of Scotland and nothing usually arrives quickly here, so I was very surprised and pleased when the courier pulled up with my delivery. I am just about to order something else with them now and look forward to the same experience!

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013The prices on this site are fantastic, best out there. The delivery takes around 7 to 10 days so make sure you order well in advance as delivery is a bit slow.

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013Ordered some corporate "toys" on 6 June for an important meeting, as couldn't source locally and requested these be delivered ASAP (I was prepared to pay an additional delivery charge.) However, on calling after placing the order (the website advises you to do so to upgrade your delivery requirements) was advised that due to the stock having to be shipped from a different warehouse the quickest the goods would arrive was in two working days. Far from ideal (particularly as they quote 1-3 days on theitr website when one working day is NOT possible) but I accepted this as policy and hoped my order would arrive on Monday 10 June. However, by today (Wednesday 12 June) these have still not been shipped. No contact from WAE to advise. On calling their customer service (poor line, strong accent - I'm guessing call centre) I have been told there has been a delay and my order will be here in a "few days". I asked that I be kept updated and if there is a further delay that WAE call me/send an email but apparently their system isn't set up that way. Very poor. Will not use again.

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013I was just looking for some simple USB cables and found the brand I trusted and very reasonable prices. Only downside was that search for what you want within a section wasn't very easy. The cart could do with a breakdown of USB cables types (for example) within the main section. Text search didn't work as I would have expected.

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013I was a little dubious ordering as some past reviews stated problems with receiving items. However i couldn't be happier! The order was easy, and the delivery came a lot sooner than i expected. I have no qualms in ordering from WAE+ in the future!!

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013Full of broken promises, typical email replies: 18/04 - "We are due to expect a delivery in the next 3-5 working days. Are you happy to hold for this?" 27/04 - "We are due to expect a delivery to you in the next 1-2 working days from our European warehouse. " 31/05 "we've already informed the warehouse and your order item is already allocated and will be delivered to you in few working days". Zero responce to asking to cancel and asking for a refund. It is a shame I have to give one star.

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013The Negative:- Ordered 2 identical items showing as in stock on 18/5/13 and they remained showing as in stock until I received order on 10/6/13!! There was no email received to confirm that the items had been despatched either, I had to keep logging in to check the order status. The Positive:- However a least the products were the correct items and were very good value for money, price had increased twice on website since I placed order to receiving it but I was not charged any extra. Phoning the company was ok and I was advised they had problems with their supplier. In the end the order was sent by courier UPS although I'd chosen ordinary mail and I was able to track the package. Overall:- I would consider using them again but would like to have been kept better informed as regards the order status and some of my account messages went unanswered.

If i had known how far the delivery man had to go to collect it might not have ordered it in the first place, also if they had given him a compass, map even a bike it might have sped things up and he would be able to find his way back to deliver it. I am still waiting have you lost many delivery men this way

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013Placed my first order with these people as they were a little cheaper all-in than other retailers and claimed the product was in stock. So, I ordered. And waited. After a week (delivery should have been 2 days), I chased them up and was told "err, sorry, it's not actually in stock and won't be for a number of days yet!". So, the website lied about the stock level and the firm didn't have the sense or processes in place to contact me and warn me that the stock wasn't there. I don't deal with people who can't manage their own stock and communicate important updates to customers without being chased for them. I cancelled.

United Kingdom | 12 June 2013They were considerably cheaper than other suppliers. the free delivery was good but 7-9 days is a bit to long, I hope it doesn't take that, 4-5 is ok. I tried to find other products to buy but I found the navigation and filters hard to use as they were unlike other sites - so not intuitive. I will find products on other sites first them come here to check the price.

United Kingdom | 11 June 2013I had to chase up my order as it didn't come within 1-3 working days but customer service is A*, English people who get things done v. quickly and happy with order status, expecting item very soon. I'd buy again from WAE+ because of this.

United Kingdom | 11 June 2013Excellent value for money when buying Pears Green Soap. This soap can be difficult to obtain, but WAE+ came up with the goods and at a reasonable price. Plus there is the option to have free postage. What else is there to say!
