i have waited well over a month for my delivery. have written to them many times but i only get this computer generated generic, vague, answers back, "we are sorry bla bla bla"..! and the way their computers generate and format the email responses makes it almost impossible to read what they send you when they eventually can be bothered to reply that is.... so i give up now. im now trying to cancel my order but even that proves to be difficult with these guys. i will never, ever shop with them again and i would recommend everyone to stay clear of this company! m

had an issue where a delivery was awaiting fulfilment (which meant it wasnt in stock) after the 12th day of waiting a i gave a call to which i was told this. i spoke to Daniel (no surname sadly) who helped me reorder the next model up and gave me a refund via store credit to spend as i wished (next model up to card i wanted).

The CM Storm Recon arrived quickly and well packed. For me left handed, it works very well and is well made and WA+ price was very competitive so I would certainly use them again.

I ordered a receipt printer from this company about 4 weeks ago. 10 days delivery was estimated. I never received it, in other words they took my money but have not supplied the goods hence breached terms of sale/agreement. Cancelled the transaction and requested for a refund which they acknowledged but still waiting! They claim that they are “one of the fastest growing online company in the UK”, actually they are one of the fastest growing cheaters – warning, don’t buy! There are NO customer services really, no one bothers with it or they don’t clear less. I have contacted Trading Standards and my Credit Company now. Avoid them at all cost!

Ordered this router on 13th may as it looked good value and the site caught my eye especially with its "here to help" strapline. Over 1 month later and after two conversations still no item and no indication of how long it was likely to be. I have now cancelled the order as this appeared to be what the representative wanted me to do. I have ordered from pixmania and have already been advised that delivery will be tomorrow. That is how an online retailer should do business. Will never use WAE+ again.

Delayed delivery. Bad comms. Had my money nearly a month. My patience has not lasted long enough in their queue to get answered by phone. E-messages vary but unhelpful. Still waiting on a product their website describes as in stock. Would avoid completely based on my experience.

I actually cancelled my order as it was going to arrive too late. I'm glad I did. I've since heard a lot of bad reviews about their customer service. I have to admit it was pretty awful. Had to email them multiple times and only realised that my order had finally been cancelled when I checked my order status.

I ordered a clock from WAE on 4 May 2013. No clock received. Emailed - no reply. Telephoned - clock not available. Refund requested and agreed. To date no refund. Next stop Trading Standards and Google as a complaint. Order No. 188491. What are you going to do about it?

I ordered lego for my son, order summery said with delivery within 3-5 days. Order took a week and a half and that was after me emailing them.
