I joined a webinar and was convinced that this was a good idea. My bank stopped the card payment so I went through direct debit to pay half the requested amount of £2500. Then I did some due diligence after a very long series of conversations with the bank. Looking at all the 1 star reviews for Learn to Trade and Smart Charts was enlightening and I became sure that I was being scammed, as my bank had said. I asked for a refund am still waiting. I have a feeling they won't pay back as they just sent me a copy of their Ts & Cs. Total scam - run away as fast as you can. They finally replied! I thought a review might prod them into action after two weeks of ignoring me. Let's see what excuse they use to try to get out of paying my fully-justified refund. More to come! Update on 25th April: As expected, no progress has been made, they haven't contacted me and clearly have no intention of refunding me. SCAMMERS! Update 29/5/24: I got my money back! They refunded me after I threatened legal action but the thing to remember is that I asked for a refund after less than 48 hours (you have 14 days if needed) and I refused to accept any subscriptions or invitations so that I could say that I had received no services for my money. This is the email that did the job so please feel free to use it if it can help your claim. Hello, I have been asking about getting a refund since 4th April 2024 and you have been studiously ignoring me. I am writing to let you know I am not going to let this go and am going to commence legal proceedings against you. I have taken advice and know that you will lose the case when I take you to court. This is because I have received no services whatsoever from you and requested my refund within 48 hours. You will lose and I will claim for my costs as well. I will write about the whole process on Trustpilot and all other review websites. I really think this is one of those occasions where you may actually have to give the money back to your scam victim. Prior to attending the Learn To Trade half day event for the £10,000 account, I didn't have any trading strategies I could trade with but the half day event opened my eyes to a new strategy taught by Learn To Trade which I implemented right from my first trade and enabled me to come out profitable during the first quarter. I'm hoping to attend another £10,000 half day event soon and I look forward to making more profits with the strategies taught. Thanks LTT 👍

I bought a ticket for the half day training session after seeing the ad on you tube. I bought the course so called reduced from £897 to £87.00. I couldn't make the session so cancelled a few days before the session because I was travelling and would have limited wifi connection. I have phoned the office a number of times and sent numerous emails to chase up my refund. They said I qualified for the refund on the phone. Its been 2 weeks later and there has been no refund just empty promises on the phone or email. I was considering going on the longer course but if they cannot deliver on a £87 promise. There is no way I'm going to spend £5000 with them. Updated. I have now received a refund from learn to trade after writing this review.I only received the refund after writing this review. It seems you have to write a bad review to be escalated for a refund

Really great experience - Registered for and attended the training, 5 hours, learnt so much, very professional. Smart Charts software looks incredible. I traded on my 10K account on MT4 with no issues at all. Ended the quarter in profit and submitted my invoice to the company and received a reply the same day regarding payment. Yes there are rules with the 10k account but they are fair, sensible and responsible rules.

I took advantage of a special offer for a funded trading account and sat through the LTT session, which was a great introduction for beginners. While it became clear halfway through that the session was a sales platform for Smart Charts (which looks like a decent bit of kit), there was no pressure to buy and I received an opt-out message via WhatsApp on the same day. I haven't received any sales calls since opting out. To be honest, if I had a bit more capital available, I'd have probably gone for the software anyway. The one thing I didn't expect was to still receive a funded £10,000 account a week or so later. While there are restrictions on this account (no more than a 5% loss or the account is terminated), it provides a real-life trading experience that encourages far better risk management than a demo account. Note that while the funded account is on a demo server, the service provider still pays 80% on profits, 4 times a year, and all the trader needs to do is submit an invoice. Other people haven't made that clear in their reviews or have misunderstood the collateral sent out by CIG. LTT is very much a sales-driven company but I didn't find the session at all uncomfortable. All attendees were given the choice to trade independently or to buy the Smart Charts software, and LTT honoured their obligations by making sure the promised funded account was delivered.

Learn to trade provided me with not only training and support needed to succeed in trading, they also provide an opportunity to trade with 10k at a very giveaway cost. They have an excellent team with very good customer relations. I ended the Q1 in profit, invoice issued out and acknowledged. I am happily waiting for the profit to hit my account soon. I want to appreciate the team and encourage them to continue the good work of making people’s life better.

LTT in my own opinion is a great company that provides not only the knowledge needed to be a good trader but also the much needed capital to put that knowledge into practice thereby making an extra income from profits made. Honestly, my experience with them has been amazing. I ended Q1 in profit which is a great boost for me in my desire to be a professional trader. I would most definitely recommend them to friends who wants to try out trading. Thank you LTT for a chance at gaining financial freedom.

The £10,000 funded account, which I paid a small price for, has been a real boost to my trading journey. I've been trading a while but was losing money all the time. But I have now had my first Q1 payment and its great. LTT coaches are great and they are always right about things. They know if you have been following the rules or not. I would certainly recommend LTT as a way of getting into forex trading. I am a very happy person.

Great representatives and customer service. A really helpful team of friendly and personable staff. I've enjoyed learning to trade and utilising the AI available on the platform. Having only joined 3 weeks ago, I have ended the first financial quarter in profit and I'm looking forward to growing my knowledge and my financial returns. I have also really enjoyed the supplementary courses and webinars available through my subscription through SmartCharts. My only issue is with the platform itself, although this has improved and is clearly developing, I often experience minor bugs and glitches while using the platform.

I am very disappointed having sent emails regarding my situation they still managed to take the balance from my credit card having explicitly told them that I wanted a refund of £2997.50 which was half the balance. NOW they not only don’t reply in a proper manner saying due to the high volume of people interested blah blah this was 2 weeks ago BEFORE they decided to take the balance! Not happy at all. When you finally get an email to go through without a failure message you just feel you are getting an automated response. It does make me question wether to be involved in this company if they can’t be bothered to reach out to people that need it!!

My LearnToTrade journey started when I won a £10000 account from a giveaway. I have been learning trading for a while and this really enabled me to kickstart journey. The half day session they provided gave extremely useful information for new traders and was a great refresher for someone like me. The team are helpful and transparent and have answered any questions I've had. I had a profitable Q1 and am receiving my first payment! I signed up for the 5K training program and then get signed up for the advanced funded program I then had a bad financial situation happen and asked for my 2.5K back as I had not started the program they said they could not refund the money even though I cancelled within 14days they did not give me there T&C's even though i asked for them before signing and they dont have there T&C's on there website regarding the advanced training. If you would give me my money back then I would happily change my review. This process has taken months to even get a no from them. They are very happy to take the money and I really need the money back so I can feed my family.

I first came to LTT offices in London for my forex training in 2010. Then, I attended again in 2014 for a free refresher course. On both occasions, I left the training with a great deal of knowledge and skill. Unfortunately, the only hindrance was always the initial capital to start my trading journey. Fast forward 2024, I came across a video on Facebook, where Greg Secker was advertising "training plus £10k capital". I enrolled onto the 3 day Forex Fast Track AI Smartcharts course, mid March 2024. True to their commitment, after 5 days, my trading account was funded with the company's £10k on a profit share agreement of 80-20% in my favour. During the training, I had regular contact from staff, checking on how I was getting on and if I needed any assistance. With the £10k in my trading account, my journey as a forex trader began. I am happy to announce that by the end of the first quarter, I was in a small profit, which I shared with the company, 80-20%. From my experience with LTT, I would highly recommend them to anyone, with or without experience, to kickstart their trading journey. Back in March, I saw a YouTube ad for Forex Fast Track 10k giveaway free event and decided to check it out because there was nothing to lose. At the event, I was not one of the ones chosen for the free training but there was an offer to attend and still receive a 10k trading account for a very low rate. I decided to go for it because I knew that if they didn’t follow through, I would just do a charge back with my bank. I attended the fast track training and must say I was pleasantly surprised. The training was structured extremely well and I came away learning quite a lot. Regarding the 10k trading account, we were shown to examples of how we could trade - one using MT4 and the other using the flagship software smart charts 2.0. Near the end of the training and there was a push for people to sign up to the smart charts and and if I was in a better financial position I would have gone for it because the software looks awesome and with the AI simplifying the process, I’m sure someone who is smart and methodical would do well. Those who didn’t sign up to Smart charts were told that we would gain access to our 10k trading account within five days through the MT4 software. At this, I felt very dubious. I didn’t think it would happen. I was proven wrong and within a few days I had access and began trading straight away. I thought to myself, okay, so far so good. The next step would be whether or not they would pay out when it come to the 8020 split on any profits I make. To be clear, I am a very cautious trader because I am still new to the game. I have only been trading very small lot sizes with the minimum 0.01. After the training I received and extra research I’ve been doing into the expert advisors with MT4, I’m proud to say I have been making small but consistent profits. I have also been making some losses, but due to the small lot size my account is still a good stead. The way to contract works with learn to trade is - every quarter you invoice them for the profits you have made. I invoiced learn to trade for the March payment cycle and I’m very happy to confirm the money has been paid into my personal account. I have to be straight, with the negative reviews I have read, I was sure this would not happen however my experience so far has been an extremely positive one. The only thing I can say about the negative reviews is that trading is not a get rich quick scheme. From everything that I’ve learned so far, I consider trading an art form that takes years of practice that Involves wins and losses. If I was to offer any advice to anyone else who receives one of these 10K accounts, it would be this. Take your time with your trades and learn what type of trader you are. If you are a high risk trader, then you will burn through the account quickly, and you only have yourself to blame. I learnt that I am quite risk averse and it’s one of the reasons I use such small lot sizes. However, I know that in time, as my knowledge and confidence grows, I will increase my lot sizes to start making bigger profits. Reading through the negative reviews, one of the things I picked up is that some people say that the positive reviews are fake because they have made only one review. All I can say to this, is that the learn to trade team have a good PR department and follow up with people who are doing well and ask them to leave reviews. I am one of these people and this is my first review on Trustpilot. I decided to do it because I know from my personal experience that it’s a good opportunity. I intend to revisit this review in six months time to update you on how I’m getting on. Thank you learn to trade for introducing me to the world of trading. I have paid £87 for learn to trade on 5th March and on 6th March I have realised that I can’t attend this training due to work commitment I have sent email to customer service fft@ learntotrade.co.uk and spoke with customer service on several time . They kept on saying the same script that they will pass the information to finance department who will refund the money but I never received the refund till date. Please don’t trust this company. Thank you Learn to Trade, I received my £10k account to trade the forex market 5 days after training with them. When I bought the package I didn't trust much in them because the service was too good to be true. I have had lots of prop firms who take our money and hand over challenge accounts with a lot of struggles to pass. They promised that there was not going to be any challenge to pass and that one could start trading the account immediately. Lo and behold I traded the account and ended the first quarter with a profit. Two days after end of March 2024 I was sent a congratulatory message for the profit made and an invoice template to claim my 80% share of profit. That was so swift to me. I processed the invoice the same day and 2 days later the money was in my account. That was so amazing. I am now convinced that i can make extra income from Learn to Trade based on the £10K account. A lot of people are doubtful about the package as I also did, but I can confidently recommend the package to all those who are interested in forex trading. All you need to do is to manage your risk and psychology very well and have a good strategy.
