I'm so disappointed to be writing this review but I feel I have no choice. I attended the Lifestyle Trader training webinar and was extremely impressed with the trainers and the Smart Charts system. I bought the system for £3000 and attended the three day training, which again was very impressive. However, I was then introduced to the Unlimited Wealth Elite programme for £12000, paying a £2000 deposit. When I read the trading terms I realised I wouldn't be able to fulfill them at present due to work commitments and so the next day I sent the official cancellation form to the official email address in the Ts&Cs for a refund, (well within the 14 day cooling off period). This was on 5 November 2023. To date I have not received my refund, have sent many emails, have phoned several helplines and have still had no reply. I've reached out to Greg directly on his Facebook page, as it suggests on his official website, and heard nothing. I was also entitled to 3 coaching sessions but only got 1 before the other 2 disappeared from my system. I am not sure why they were removed and emailed to ask but again have had no reply. I have been left very disappointed and frustrated by this lack of customer care, especially given the positive start I experienced. I am not saying you should avoid this company or that it is a scam but the lack of customer care is something you should consider very carefully before signing up.

I wrote a review last month and it has been removed so here I am writing another. I have had a terrible experience with this company from the beginning. I attended a ‘paid’ webinar with two of their coaches, after they presented their Facebook Live for a 10,000 pound prop trading account. after the webinar I got called by someone from the learn to trade/smart charts company to enrol in a heavily discounted Ai live trading course using their trading platform called Smartcharts. I put down a holding deposit for a place on the course of 1550 pounds. After the phone call, I received no information about the course. I even took three days of unpaid annual leave to attend the course (the webinar was on the 28th, 29th and 31st of Jan2024) however, these dates came and went and still no information despite calling them over ten times, emailing them and also using the WhatsApp number on the website. The phone line never gets answered as I tried daily for a week at different times and an automated message directs you to send an email. At the this point, I wanted my refund and didn’t really want anything to do with them. It was strange for a company that claimed it’s reputable status in trading education that it should have the most dysfunctional customer service and that is a red flag!. On the 31st of Jan 2024, a further payment was deducted from my bank account without prior warning. I then dug out emails from the internet of the webinar hosts and sent them emails about their appalling customer service. I did get a response from one of them and he forwarded my email to smartcharts who had the audacity to tell me that I was outside of the 14day cooling period for a refund. I have never attended the course and never used the trading app so not sure why I am being charged for it. Also on the phone there was no mention of their cancellation policy and during the 14days there was no tangible information given of any information about the cancellation procedure. Very poor customer service! I went on the Facebook live again and noticed how one of the hosts said that the profits from the prop trader account belongs in it’s entirety to the trader and not to Learn to trade which is not what was said in the previous Facebook live. There are so many discrepancies and omissions that are very misleading. Would not recommend!

I am one of the victims who paid 87 gbp to get 10K gbp account which I didn't receive. I didn't go to work (unpaid) just to attend their "FAST TRACK WEBINAR" then after all the nonsense topics they are selling their smartchart for 5k pounds. They never answer your questions during the webinar. They are always saying their promotions are limited to a few people only, but don't ever believe these liars!!!

I paid £89 to take part in the training program. I was given one days notice and unfortunately I could not make the full days training on that day. I know for a fact they are running them all the time. So I simply asked them to send me a link to the next training day....or a replay...I would have been happy with that. I have now sent 8 emails over a period of 10 days....and not a single one has been responded to. Not one. I can conclude therefore they have appalling post sales customer and have put me off the company completely. They have a very slick presales and marketing machine. Once they have your money they don't care. I told them I would leave a bad review If I did not receive a response....and nothing. Zero response. The have basically stolen my money. Just very bad. Don't trust these people. I strongly recommend anyone that has been ripped off by these cowboys to raise the issue with their credit card company. As they should be protected under consumer rights act. They may well be able to refund you and pursue the company on yourself - shocking support, shocking customer services, absolute cow boy, snake oil sales men.

Borderline scammers, like the guy mentions below. I signed up to the discounted course, for more info on AI trading. After 90 mins it was pretty obvs there wasnt going to be much info on the course, was more a quick cash course held by a poor mans greg wallace, with an upsale at the end. Called twice, mailed 4 times about a refund as it wasn't as advertised and they say they will get back to me. I'll probs have more luck getting a response on here as its in the public eye. here was my email half way through "Hi guys, sorry to bring this up but it’s not the course as advertised. I took the day off to work learn about smart charts operations and options and its entry level stuff and I know after lunch time its going to be an up sale to the other courses etc… Could I be refunded for this as it’s not what was advertised. " really do despise companies like this.

Very bad customer service. Never responds to emails. False advertising. I was promised a 10k prop account (MT4), and that it would take 5 working days to receive the details of how to access the account, to which I still haven’t. I’ve emailed them several times after waiting, to which I have not received any response. I should have known it was too good to be true but they really play with your emotions. Update: I did email them again after their response. Still no reply from them. The email address they say to email was the same one I was using this whole time.

I was one of the winners! I was one of the winners of 10k funded account and half a day training. I am planning to purchase the smart chart system after one month of using my money from your giveaway. Any one know the next steps and how to attend the course to get the 10k and the course.

Lightning does not usually strike in the same place twice but it has. I am still waiting for my Metatrader acct with £10,000 trading inclusive. I paid the reduced price for the course. I have contacted them and the response was “did I enjoy the course” seminar and the metatrader acct will be with me in 5 working days. Well, that has come and gone and I have contacted learn to trade 3 times since the first email and no response. I did not think that the 5 working days was perhaps to dissuade any bother during their promotion. I gave learn to trade the benefit of the doubt to my detriment. It would have been easier to put that money toward a funded account with or without challenges. Come on learn to trade, you are making promises and taking money from people who are going through challenging times and believe what you say because they want to improve their lives.?You seem not to care or have any scruples whatsoever. I did not want smartcharts but wanted metatrader, so were they lying? Will keep you posted. Please view this email previously sent to me by Learn To Trade before this review was written, Thu, Feb 1, 2024 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM GMT Dear Delegate, Thank you for attending the Forex Al Fast Track Event. Please note that the processing of your 10K Prop account will take 5 working days, not including weekends and holidays. You will receive a separate email with details on how to access and use your funded account in MT4 (Meta Trader 4). We hope you enjoyed the webinar. Regards, Learn To Trade Update: I have since received a response from Learn To Trade. However, I have not heard anything since they responded on Trustpilot. So, what has happened to my MetaTrader funded account or did you really only want those who purchased Smartcharts. This is more getting what I paid for and getting what was offered! Integrity is important. I may not be important enough for you people to handle with respect but this is more than money.

I've been with LTT for about 5 years, had many coaching/mentoring sessions, various webinars, etc. The outstanding and most helpful for me is Trader Psychology Workshop which helps me enormously and run by Emmanuel, who is one of the best teachers and mentors in this company.

I paid the full £897 for their course by accident during a competition of theirs. Emailed them straight away and again the day after but I haven't received a reply in a week now. I received an receipt, and an email saying that I had received the course at a discount as well as the prize offered during the giveaway but I've had nothing, not even the link to the course I paid the full amount for and didn't want. UPDATE Despite doing everything they said straight away in the response below, I still heard nothing from them. I had to go to my bank to get the money back.

I came a cross Learn to Trade last September and immediately joined after seeing the passion that Greg Secker showed for helping people become more financially independent. There is a lot to learn, but the trainers/coaches explain things very clearly. I'm starting to show some good signs already and look forward to what the next 12 months might bring.

I fell for his con and bought his Trading AI software at £5k and guess what it does not work is complete junk lol GS is salesman nothing more nothing less,he makes you believe that all you do is "click buy or sell " and the software does the rest lol well I can tell you it does not make money it will just slowly drain your account. GS is not a trader he never has been and never will be he is a salesman selling complete junk and living a so call wealthy off taking money from unsuspected new beginner traders he is a demo trader because he knows full well his software is a scam I think GS likes to show he has money but its all part of the con Some questions for you GS Why dont you prove your trading with some live accounts and verified results showing withdraws to your banks accounts?? Where are some of the 400 000 so call traders you have trained where are all their sports cars and yachts hey why dont you ask them to show us some there their trading results from your software? lol Think about this people: if someone could make 100k a day why would they tell everyone how to do it lol if you where making 100k a day would you try and tell the whole world how to do it? There are some good traders out there who make lots of money for sure but guess what you can not find them because they know how hard it is to make 5% a month and they wont tell you nothing ! And by the way I got back my money though my bank I proved to them the scam and got full refund

This company is unbelievable in the misleading and money grabbing schemes it runs. I attended a webinar which as you would expect is pre recorded garbage spewed by Greg. It is played daily to entice anyone that will fall for their scam. Fast forward few days I receive an email saying to join a live £10k giveaway of a live trading account. Scroll to the bottom of the email and their risk warning says ‘learn to trade provides general information and educational and materials only’. So in essence they will take all your life savings in the guise to be used for trading but it’s not for trading but to teach you to trade. This also makes it impossible for you to get a refund as proven by the reviews below.

On the positive side, the mentoring and training are exceptional. No promises of quick wins, just hard work and proven strategies. And it is hard work. Courses are 1 to 3 days but don't worry if you can't attend live, they are recorded. There is a lot of focus in psychology because this is where people, including myself, fail. Fortunately the mentors are there to give the support needed Where I would say L2T need to improve is the structure of the training. It's great being able to book courses but people end up on advanced courses without doing the basic. Obviously I can't speak for everyone but right at the beginning there should be indepth discussions about what time you have available and advising on which time frames, strategies and courses would best fit

This is a further update to my review regarding the shabby, unprofessional service I received from Learn To Trade following my deposit payment of £1500 on the 12th of January 2024. They were quick to respond following my publication of my Trustpilot negative review. I spoke to 2 people on Tuesday, the 23rd of January, they apologised and said there was a backlog of work following Christmas, a suggestion being made that I removed my review following their verbal apology. I declined this suggestion, but said I would be prepared to adjust my review based on their response to my refund request. Despite being told my claim would be prioritised, clearly this hasn’t happened, because three days later nobody has initiated the refund. I find it strange that they appear to find the staff to take your money, but when they are asked to refund it, there’s a shortage of manpower. I tried to ring the number of one lady who rang me, but the London number doesn’t even appear to allow me to leave an answering machine message, simply asked me to try again some other time. How more unprofessional, shabby and incompetent Learn To Trade can become is hard to believe. Their support should be re-titled nonsupport, there’s lots of rhetoric, but no substance. They’re nothing short of a disgrace, I shouldn’t have to go to these lengths when they were so quick to take the money. They profess to understand, but words are cheap, action is the only thing that matters to me and there’s a distinct lack of action from their support department. Personally, if this is the best they can do, they should, as a matter of urgency, change the support team to people who care. I keep my promises, unlike Learn To Trade. I said I would escalate this matter if I was ignored and so I am. This has now gone beyond even a joke, it’s a farce. If you’re thinking of paying Learn to Trade money, caveat emptor, or in plain English DON’T!

After attending the webinar, it has abundantly clear that this is nothing but a scam. They have pushy sales people abroad in call centres that pray on your information and ambition to do well in life. In turn they will extract, every penny out of you and help you pretend to be trading. All whilst the money is taken under the guise of education! And make you unable to get a penny of it back. Learn to Trade is not active as company and dormant according to company house in the UK.
