Also they give u an option if u want to change the day of delivery with a simple reply to their text. True to ur word, 2-4 days delivery but no communication whatsoever. No email to let me know when it has been despatched and who its with, like many other businesses do. Id like to be informed so I can make sure Ill be home for delivery. When I got no email of the despatch, I thought it havent been despatched yet but it has. How would I know? Please consider emailing buyers to keep them informed. Thank u.

I found this website through Google search for a certain product and was very pleased with the prices and the free delivery offered! In that regards it's better than any other stockist I have used. Unfortunately one of the items was broken in the delivery and I nearly cut myself on the glass. Having emailed Customer Service team I got a prompt response offering replacement due a week after, which was a fair resolution I suppose though perhaps more could've been offered by way of compensation. However, over all very very pleased and will order from site again.

Product came within a couple of days but I had to return it (my fault wrong size) Cost £5.00 to return the item and the company charged £4 to send the new item out which was disappointing as most company's I've used send returns back free of charge
