I've only recently started using protein supplements and after using a previously (IMO)over priced Vegan Protein powder I decided to shop around and this one fitted the bill. I haven't used for long enough to comment on its effectiveness. The taste is OK (chcoloate), less sweet than I expected but I put this down to the purely natural ingredients being used, which was a pre-requisite - it's never going to taste like a bar of chocolate is it ? Delivery was on the day advised and I received text messages and emails to narrow down the delivery window to within the hour, which was when the parcel came. When I have run out I will use MF again for definite.
