Ordered on Wednesday morning and products were delivered on Thursday morning. Super fast service. They Also use dpd delivery which texts and emails you to give you a one hour delivery time slot or allow you to defer delivery if you aren't in or request your package be left with a neighbour. I spent quite a lot of money on my order, the FREE sample was missing so i let them know as this small freebie swayed me to make the order in the first place. To my surprise, instead of offering to send me out something they just said place another order and only then would they send it. The cheek of it. Pretty poor really.
