Easy to order on line, items arrived very promptly. Order was exact and well packaged. I was e-mailed the early morning of the delivery to give me an hourly delivery slot which is excellent as I didn't need to hang around the house all day. I have been ordering from Muscle Finesse for years, every since I got into weight training 6 years ago. They have consistently offered the best prices, combined with fast (and free!) delivery, where I always receive my order the next working day. Their partnership with DPD is also great, so its easy to track my delivery, and make changes to the date if needed. MF often have fantastic offers, particularly on USN which is my preferred brand. They send great emails with great offers, and I consistently receive 10% off or more, which makes their prices even cheaper. MF are always my first port of call for products, whether its my regular buys or a new product. I always recommend them to anyone who buys sports nutrition and supplementation.

I placed an order for almost L100 with this website -- only to find out that they do not ship to my location (Switzerland) ! The customer experience of placing the order (which the website allowed me to do despite my location) but then also of PAYING for the order (PayPal -- immediate transfer of funds to the vendor !) then the disappointment of being informed that they cannot ship to me -- then the complication (for the vendor) of having to effect a full refund -- does all this have to be ??? 1) It takes a very small, very fast application change (does not even involve "reprogramming" of the end-user web application) to eliminate all countries in the list presented to the user where the vendor cannot ship. Why is this not done ??? 2) I was informed that the vendor does not ship to Switzerland because the courier service they use would be too expensive for the customer (at least L50). OK -- but I order the same type of items from other UK suppliers without any problems. Solution: vendor needs to change their courier service because the competition is out-selling them and making more money by being able to ship to more locations at reasonable cost to the customer. My advice to management at this vendor: WAKE UP, PEOPLE ! YOU ARE UNNECESSARILY INCONVENIENCING THE CUSTOMER AND YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AS WELL !!! I shall NOT be ordering from this vendor again.
