Poor delivery lack of communication items didn't arrive when stated

The goals arrived damaged with large score marks on the crossbar. I wrote to the company 5 days ago with photos of the large dent/cuts and have had no response. Poor communication and a poor quality product.

Great piece of kit at a very good price. Feels solid throughout from frame to rods and the net. Stops all shots effectively. Easy to set up and take down. Literally five minutes each. Very happy with it. Would definitely recommend.

Website ordering was easy. The net was well packed and arrived just 5 days after ordering. It is a great price for a premium product (10 x 7 golf net). Hours now to be spent in the garden practising!

Delivery took a week longer than stated but contact about this was first class. The net itself is super easy to put up and my 9 year old is very happy with it.
