United Kingdom | 26 November 2020We ordered a football net thinking it was the whole thing (frame too) which was totally our mistake and not theirs but they were really very helpful and understanding about the whole returns process, even when the parcel (which I thought my other half had sent back) got forgotten about for a month! Once again, contacted them, dealt with Scott who was great! Really understanding and still more than happy to let us return the net!! I would definitely purchase with confidence from them again!
