Lilian was a huge help. I tried getting a custom patch near where I live and it’s been nothing but headaches. I order here. Easy process. Great artwork of what I wanted. Helpful on small adjustments to what I wanted. 10/10 would order here for all custom ideas.

I placed my order a bit last minute and needed them by a certain date and Judy was more than helpful when it comes to processing my order. She responded super quickly and was super resourceful, to the point that she made sure we fully completed the confirmation (that I almost skipped to save time) so we could rush production the next morning. This was my second order of pins as I was very happy with the quality and service provided. Cathy took care of the order both times. She was very helpful, answering my question quickly and offering great support. We gift the pins out at robotics events and have gotten many compliments. We took advantage of the promotion on the pens and gifted them to the Gravity team members. They love them and continue to be distracted by their many features.
