The pens turned out great! I got metallic pens with our logo laser engraved - they were clearly high quality with a tactile feel on the logo, which isn't going to rub off. They were really popular at the conference I had these at. I also had to get them on a tight deadline, and Landy was adept and professional in helping me make adjustments to the logo placement and size - and importantly, they were shipped out and made it in time. I purchased golf club keychains and 7 in 1 pens and both are excellent quality. Jean helped me with the whole process and responded to questions and concerns promptly. I only had 2 weeks to plan gift bags for a charity golf tournament, so I was worried the wouldn't arrive in time, but they arrived early with several days to spare to pack the gift bags.
