I worked with Cathy. She contacted me shortly after placing my order. She was quick to respond to all of my questions and helped me tweak the proof. The pens came out exactly as advertised and exactly like the proof! The quality of the pens are great and write extremely smoothly - these are now the nicest pens I own! I've given out a bunch within the first week of receiving them and everyone LOVES them. I only found one dud in the order (the touch stylus didn't work, but the pen worked fine), but they sent me many extras. I just placed an order for 1000 more!

Grace is the absolute best in the industry!!!! I searched everywhere for a pin provider, but Grace’s design was by far the nicest. She was prompt and willing to make any changes I requested. I’m pretty sure I only mentioned once about a complaint I had in the past with another provider that the backing of their pins would fall off easily. She designed mine with 2 rubber backs! She even held the package for me and waited to send it so that I would receive it the exact day I needed it. Once she shipped them, they were delivered incredibly fast. I also compared prices with multiple companies and this was the best pricing I received! Her customer service is unmatched and deserves merit. I will have to order again next year, and I’ll be contacting her directly for that and any future needs. Thank you Grace!!
