taste is terrible and because you have to hold it under your tongue it really irritates the inside of your mouth. I noticed no difference in the way I feel after taking it. Save your money.

I love that’s it’s micronized and also that’s it’s the same high dose used in studies such as the one that showed it lowered blood pressure and raised good cholesterol.
