First of all, I’d like to say that I’m very satisfied with the quality and its packaging and timely service. It’s a good experience. I have a question though; what’s the difference between the vacuum-dried NMN and freeze dried NMN? I used to have the freeze dried version, and recently switched to the vacuum dried one(cheaper), but seems like the efficacy to my body has dropped by a fraction.

From 5 start to 1 star. I have had many issues with this company not sending my autoship. First they said, they didn’t understand why my order didn’t ship. Also didn’t apologize. Another time they tried to say it was my credit card, which it wasn’t-have my car payments & ComEd auto debit my account each month for at least 4 years and they “didn’t all of a sudden not get my payment”. Need a company that is prompt with auto ships. I noticed this happens often with the smaller companies and it’s a bit inconsiderate they don’t apologize when it is their error. They know this is for my son who has seizures so I can’t miss a dose, they apparently don’t care about that so I just moved my business elsewhere and found another company that used Trans-Resveratrol for half the price.

Good experience buying. I wish they would provide a regular testing.

I have taken 1/2 tsp 2 times daily faithfully and have not noticed any improvement in immunity or energy. Quite disappointing considering the price of the product
