This is a complete scam! They overcharged my credit card with unauthorized payments and failed to provide the service they promised. They don’t even have an app. Please don’t fall victim to this fraud!

Although I cancelled my subscription, I was charged with almost $40! This is a fake website, only stealing the money of the people! Don't make any profile and subscription. Ridiculously - no app, no change in the payment methods in the profile, etc. I just wrote them an e-mail for refund and deletion of my payment info as well!

Very miss leading - charged my account $80 right away after i thought i was getting a free trial - I've not used the app.

Scammers. Their email address isn’t legit. Once you sign up, they continuously take money. Having tried to take money as mindscapeapp.io, they now tried to change their name to attempt to fool the bank. AVOID! Update!!! As seen below, they provided an email address which has also been called out as a scam! Smartymeapp.com is not legit. Read up on these reviews before throwing your money away

I don’t ever recall subscribing to this app. I was just charged $40 and I don’t know why. On their website there is no way to cancel or anything. I emailed them and hopefully they cancel it because it’s ridiculous to not offer a way to cancel. STAY AWAY!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They market themselves and entice you then trick you into subscribing for nothing! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! Update: after this review, they sent me an email saying they couldn’t see my email yet I used my email to sign in to the point of subscription. I have shared with them the payment notifications for proof. Such scammers.

Should have read the reviews Wanted to give it a chance very promising marketing wanted to go for a 6.99 trail clinching a few buttons payed over 30 in a couple of seconds How is such a company legal hope people sue and they go bankrupt what a horrible company.

Absolute scam . I called my Credit card company fifteen minutes after I order it . I emailed the appropriate email to cancel and got a confirmation email that they are working on it but the $25.99 charges went trough. They are not even an American company. The customer service phone number goes nowhere. They email you can use the course for 3 months but no refund . Please don't waist your time with this company

Scam. No app to login. Blocked my card immediately to avoid them taking more money than called my bank to report. There is a chance of getting my money back if the bank is successful in tracking it.

I thought I was buying a book abstract and was charged $25. Instead, I was charged $25 plus another $14 plus another $8. I contacted them and a certain Catherine said its our policy not to refund. Trust me, this is a scam! Stay away and these guys advertise on facebook.

This is a scam. Stay away. When I purchased I had three transactions which I did not approve of. I emailed asking for a refund and they have a no refund policy. Dispute the transaction with your bank.

If you’ve stumbled into this service and are freaking out that you’ve been scammed by all the 1 stars… it’s ok. It’s not all it’s cracked up to be, there isn’t an app, but it does deliver some useful content. I’ve found some of the book reviews really useful. Will I renew, prob not, do I anticipate an easy cancellation- no. But I’ll keep you posted.

Kept deducting my account .. I had 3 deductions in 1 day and afew days later they deducted again. I have raised a dispute on the transaction with my credit card issuer and they have gone ahead to block the card. Scam don’t subscribe !

Scam, don’t sign up. I fell for an advertisement that seemed to really sell the features of Mindscape. I was excited about self learning and short readings. Little to find out, there’s no app and after I paid for the first Month I can’t even login on the website. I get an error. Protect your money. Update: they refunded me and then two weeks later charged me again. What an awful company

Same here, I have some kind of charge on my cc. I reached out and according to them I have no subscription by they just charged my card again for $22. Scam.
