Scam. The add-ons after checkout are non-refundable and unable to avoid unless you close out of whatever app or browser you started in.

Scam, it is no app- just a website. and they present a discount but lock you in on 54$ later on. Don't fall for this. I unsubscribed immediately, but worried they would keep charging me as I did not receive any confirmation.

Shocking scam! False adverstising, warning to the instagram add. Its not $14.00, it is $54 and then you are locked in on USD dollars. There is no subastance at all in the books that you can not alreay find elsewhere. On immediate cancellation I asked for a refund. They sent the T&C's no refund policy. This was not given at the time. Again, scam and false advertsing.

No app, just a site. Most of the time can’t even log in. Requested money back let’s see if they honor that. Might take further action if not.

It's a scam. It is a quality product with no app or audio to access the content. Imagine reading the summary from your phone using the browser. This is ridiculous! Blinkist is a lot better than this. Unfortunately, there is no refund, and I have subscribed for 3 months.

Before purchasing the subscription, they advertised a 7-day cancellation policy. Unfortunately, the app was not working properly on either my phone or laptop, so I contacted them within the 7-day period to request a refund. However, they have since responded, refusing to issue the refund. This is a clear case of false advertising, and I intend to escalate this matter with my bank.

Total rip off! Got sucked in and thought I was doing a trial and they charged me twice! Tried cancelling and nothing. Total fraud! Reported them to my credit card for fraudulent activity. I will always be checking reviews now before any trials.

This is a rip off! I explained to them that I never used this app! They can see I never used it I am sure. I tried canceling just hours after I noticed it on my bank statement. So $34.58 was taken from my card. I will bring this to the BBB!!! I only just received confirmation from Apple yesterday. They are just as bad. No live customer service to talk too! it's a scam sadly be aware and cancel your card immediately so you don't get charged twice
