United States | 17 June 2015We unpacked the case and carefully carried it upstairs. It appears that doing that caused the right side, all the way down, to come loose. It was glued and the glue had just come completely loose. I thought this was a quality product, made of wood. I am extremely disappointed. I'm not sure what to do from here. United States | 10 June 2015We received the 8 drawer Armoire last Friday and I unpacked it Saturday morning. There was a bag labeled "Hardware" and no instructions. The hardware included allowed me to attach the legs but no hardware for attaching the lid. The left side door also isn't closing properly and there is a noticeable gap compared to the right side door. I emailed customer service that morning and as of this post, have not received a response. My wife also called during the day today and left a voicemail and I did the same this evening. She had it shipped in the time frame I asked for, it even arrived before the date. She also supplied me with a tracking number so I could check on the delivery date. The jewelry armoire is as beautiful as the picture on the Internet. My husband and I are both very happy with the armoire. L

United States | 17 May 2015I paid a lot for 3-day delivery but didn't get it -- it arrived in 6 days, which was after the birthday so I had gone ahead and bought another present. I went to the website for return instructions and when I sent an email via their system it was just returned as non-deliverable. So....not a happy camper.

United States | 13 May 2015I ordered a large jewelry armoire and it came with a broken back panel. There was also marked areas from the glue or damaged areas from being stained improperly or glue under the stain. I paid an extreme amount of money (over 400 dollars) for a defective product. It was also placed in a section with locked jewelry cases and I thought it had a lock on it. Be careful since the categories are mixed. Would not order again!!

United States | 12 May 2015I ordered a jewelry box on 05/4/15 to give my wife for Mother's Day. I paid $90.00 for three day shipping to make sure to have it to give her on 05/10. Never received item and have yet to hear back from them. Totally unacceptable.

United States | 10 May 2015Although armoire seems like it was constructed well, I'm bummed that the one I received had some issues. Hardware to attach the top piece was not included, so I had to purchase wood screws on my own. Also, one of the side pieces that holds the necklaces looks like there was overspray of the felt prior to assembly and they just stained over the top of it. The felt in the very top also had a glue spot on it. I considered sending it back, but know that the aggravation of trying to re-box and ship it back and potentially having the same, or worse, issue with a different one, wasn't worth it. Hoping that it won't be too noticeable where it will be set up in the bedroom. Called to discuss, but had to leave my name and number for a callback.

United States | 07 May 2015I made an order for 2 items the same day, intending to keep the one I liked best and return the other. They were from different vendors. I received one almost immediately, but it was unsatisfactory. I waited to receive the order from Chasing Treasure before returning the other, in case both needed to be returned. They do. The Chasing Treasure item is fine, but smaller than I need. When I started preparing to return them, the OTHER package went well - printed the return label & return authorization from their website, sealed up the package, and it's ready to go. With Chasing Treasure, "MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION WILL BE REFUSED." So - I went to the website to get the RA. Available only by request through email or by phone. I did both about an hour ago. I'm still waiting for a response. I would like to take the packages with me in about an hour. Maybe, maybe not with Chasing Treasure. I will never order from you again.

I filled out and submitted the order status page on their website and have still not received any response three days later. I have no idea of the status of my order and there's been zero communication from them to communicate that to me. I am not very happy this far with the service I have received. Not to mention I have no idea if it has shipped or still being processed.

United States | 26 February 2015Was disappointed with the purchase for the price of it and even more disappointed with trying to return it customer service is horrible you can not talk to a live person you call their number and get an option to leave a voice message then they contact you by email only and getting answers is tuff it appears that this is a one man operation and he can not handle everything going on I'm still waiting to hopefully return my purchase for a refund.

United States | 22 February 2015I did not receive the correct product. I sent an email to customer service to get the issue resolved. My issue was resolved the next day, when I received a response stating the the correct product will be shipped out along with a shipping label to send the incorrect one back. I would recommend this company to anyone else. Although there was a slight bump in the road, it was fixed in a timely manner.
