In any business all processes do not go perfectly. Working with CT there were some problems in having the product shipped (right product/wrong color). Customer service corrected the error, shipped the correct product. Their explanation for the error(s) were reasonable and they accepted full responsibility with a very professional, humble and refreshing attitude. So I can say their business processes are well executed in an acceptable and timely manner; knowing this I would recommend them to my friends.

Was told item was in stock, and it is a gift for a dear friend. Now it is suddenly unavailable until the end of June!!!!!!!!! Very poor service!
