I loved the large stick-on colour samples, and the actual paint lives up to expectations. Wall paint still to be used, but primer and eggshell applied beautifully to furniture.

Quality of service and paint was excellent. Both of us are asthmatic but we were totally unaffected by this paint, unlike any other I have tried.

Not as I hoped. I got the paint to paint over cupboards and wardrobes so researched and got their primer and furniture paint coat. Sanded as they suggested primed but ending up having to put a clear coat over everything as the slightest knock chipped the paint and it needed a fair few coats of paint - up to 6 on some parts of the kitchen. Also the colour I bought - wasnt very well mixed and i assumed it would be, but apparently not according to their customer service, which also suggested I'd only need 2 coats and no top coat. I will say the colours are lovely but it was much more of a job than i was expecting - which is why i went with expensive paints to try do it right and make the job easier - I wonder if paints from B&Q or Wilko's would of been as good, though the colour range wouldnt of been as good. On Customer service - they were okay - came across a bit condesending but then its how you read it isnt it, I did have to chase them up too. Was very excited to try them but ultimately disappointed.

I bought my first house back in May and was really struggling to find paints that matched my vision for the interiors in the house. I found Coat and was blown away by the quality of their colours, since then I have bought from them for every room in my house, they keep revealing new and interesting colours frequently and also have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. First of all I saw the most amazing wallpaper for my hall staircase & landing. I then contacted COAT to advise on the colour scheme for all the rooms leading off this stair area. AMAZING contrasts of greens & greys. It’s a great alternative to the muted beige. My decor flows from room to room. I have contacted Josh at COAT many times on WhatsApp to ask what colour goes with what. Even painting my dated furniture with COAT paint… beautiful. Before I finish I must tell you about the outdoor space…my fence panels all 10 on one side 10 on the other painted in NOMAD egg shell. 3rd year now & still do not need re-painting. Pigeon poop just washes off with fairy liquid. Beautiful absolutely beautiful. Also finally radiators are stunning with COAT eggshell & the woodwork. I have a decorator brother-in-law & a decorator nephew who agree COAT paint is great for coverage, well priced & long lasting. I honestly would always use COAT paint they are a warm honest group of people who have worked hard to develop a great product. I love the communication & their caring attitude. What fantastic paint! We painted our lounge in Sunday Soul and it looks great. We found it gave a really good coverage and finish. Another bonus for us is that it’s vegan!

The range of colours is on trend but not overwhelming. The paint is lovely to work with and gives great results - even for an amateur. I've painted four rooms now using different COAT paints. For anyone wanting quality + the best option for the environment, this is a great company.

From having always used Farrow and Ball, I thought I’d give COAT a try and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Numerous rooms later and COAT is my go to paint. The coverage is excellent, the sample stickers are 100% accurate and the next day delivery is great. Mustn’t forget to add that the customer service is outstanding - always willing to offer advise.

So happy with my brand new home! Was super nervous to add colour to my small cottage but after having too much fun with the swatches (genius by the way - no tiny paint pots and brushes to wash - and they’re much bigger than I thought!) I went for Felt Cute, Home Grown and Voltaire. All arrived next day in time for the decorator to start. Obsessed - the house is transformed and the colours are amazing, the coverage is super smooth - could be the decorator but is probably the paint, and I’ve even managed to wipe off some bike tyre marks without leaving a smudge. Just ordered some outside paint for the front door! Can’t remember the colour - too excited.

In love with this brand, their colours and the paint! I mean the names of the paints are enough to make you fall in love. The stick on samples are ideal, so you can move them around to check out different lighting and you’re not left with patches of paint samples everywhere. The paint then arrived next day, perfect, and went on like a dream. The coverage was accurate and our decorator said it was the best paint he’s used. Colours are also a perfect match and so beautiful, we did our snug in Sunday soul and our lounge in Ciao Bella and I couldn’t be happier, they’re such luxurious colours. Had great advice and customer service from this brand and I love that they’re a climate positive brand. Roll on the next room, can’t wait to choose our next colour.

This paint, from my decorator, should be renamed to "COATS" because that's how many times you will have to repaint over it and it still remains patchy. Gave up with it in the end and decorator was able to roughly match the original paint colour I wanted from Dulux. Cannot possibly see how this paint is getting the + reviews it is getting. Please note. According to the side of the tin this paint covers 10m2/L. This is far from accuarate. The coverage of this paint is more like 5m2/L. Also note that, Farrow and Ball 12m2/L coverage on matt emulsion Dulux 16m2/L coverage of matt emulsion B&Q Good home one coat 20m2/L So not only are you paying £55 per 2.5Ltr of "COATS" paint, you are also getting pissy paint. My decorator said that there was one bonus to this paint and that was when it came to washing the brushes and rollers. Said there was so little pigment in the paint that it only took a few dunks and everything was clean. So, read the positive reviews like I did before I purchased and go for it, or purchase it, swear and cuss and then rebuy another brand that your decorator is happier to use. Did try to go through COATS but was just told how amazing their paints were.

We have now had 2 houses fully painted with Coat Paints and thought it was time we left a review! Both decorators we used were quick to comment on how fantastic the quality was,coverage superb . We were thrilled with the end results on 2 large projects. This was my first time using COAT after a friend recommended them and I’ve been converted! We used the Record Store and the coverage was amazing, probably could have got away with just one coat but we wanted to be safe. They have a beautiful range of colours and the customer service team were super helpful in helping me find the perfect shade. Would 100% recommend
