Where do I begin when writing a review on something I just can’t find fault with? Doing a whole house renovation and every room will be in COAT paints. Our seasoned decorator has only just started painting, but he said this is the best paint he’s ever used. Didn’t imagine I would find my whole palate from one company, but as soon as I saw their samples, thank you Abi, I was hooked. I love the ethos of the company, the wonderful customer service team who didn’t bat an eyelid when I ordered the wrong finish, the peel and stick samples, the ordering process is so easy and delivery exceptionally quick, and the little scented bags the paint comes in that make great vegetable bags afterwards! The quality of the paint is outstanding and the colours are just so lovely. They all seem to complement each other, so it’s easy to put a palate together for a whole house project. Colours I am using are Low Salt, Sweatpants, Sunday Soul, Granny Chic, Ciao Sophia, Below Deck, Mr Clifton and Adulting, got to love that name! Put them all together and see just how beautiful they all go together. And what’s more they’ll recycle all your used paint tins, can’t get better than that. Thank you Rob and Rob and the whole COAT team, it’s COAT all the way for me.

Amazing customer service from Rob & Rob. Delivery of samples and paint is incredibly efficient. We choose ‘Good Intentions’ for the hall and it looks beautiful. Quality of the paint was great too! I absolutely love COAT paint!. This was the first time that I have ever used the paint. From start to finish my experience was excellent. The website is super easy to use and a perfect colour range to choose from. Superfast delivery and comes all wrapped up in its own little coat bag along with a handy stand to keep your paint in so you don't knock the tin over also a paint stirrer! The colour was amazing I chose granny chic a pink matt shade. It went on super smooth and didn't splatter or drip at all. The paint is highly pigmented so you get a high quality finish and colour shot. I highly recommend this paint and I will definitely be buying some more.

Saw an ad on Instagram, ordered some swatches and here we are..utterly converted. Paint is amazing quality and the interaction from the company be it via Instagram or what's app has been second to none. Always there to help with any queries or tips. Already planning my next order... just the whole of the house to do now. Wish I had ordered sooner. Will continue to support COAT and recommend them.

Cant fault! We are half way through a full house reno and have used several paint brands along the way. We've experienced massive delays and out of stocks with some brands which has been super frustrating and often put things on hold! COAT by far surpasses in terms of quick delivery, customer service and most importantly quality! COAT are definitely now our go to paint brand! Plus every colour we have received has been spot on!

Is paint just paint ... not according to the people at Coat ... credit where credit is due, this is a great firm in terms of product and the extra touches in terms of customer service.

Have bought from Coat twice in the last 6 months. Faultless customer service due to an issue caused by me which they took care of and the quality of paint is fantastic. Rolls on easily, dries quickly and the finish and colours are brilliant. Will definitely be buying again.

Fantastic choice of colours, swatches definitely match paint colour, site easy to use, added touches such as bag the paint came in which had a lovely fragrance on. We chose 2 am dark blue which matches our settee, so pleased looks lovely, would definitely use this company again.

I recently completed an exterior project using three different colours - darlington, the record store and the old corset factory - I love it. Coat made choosing the colour scheme easy with their limited palette of exciting colours. The sample swatches are easy to use and a perfect match. The paint quality is excellent and gives a high standard finish. I've thoroughly enjoyed the experience of painting and transforming my space. Delivery is reliable. Thank you for saving me from the dreaded trip to the DIY store. Will the same shades I used be available next year?

Love these paints. The colour selection is gorgeous and the coverage of the shades I used was great. I went for 'The Drink', 'Hamilton' and 'David Rose' (oh and the names are pretty great too). Guests are always asking me where I got the paint from - 'The Drink' is a particular hit. Being low VOC is a must, and I've been really impressed with their customer service, too.

From receiving the swatches to painting the guest room the whole process was effortless. The sticky swatches were a true reflection of the paint colour and the paint was such good quality I only needed 1 coat!

Loved the paint colour I ordered and it covered beautifully. I also used it on a fireplace surround which I then sealed to make it more durable. It's not the cheapest paint but with its eco credentials it's only to be expected. I may well be ordering other colours for my bedrooms and extension when the building work is complete.

The colour is beautiful but the paint is super thin and takes about 4 coats to fully cover and on top of that it scratches instantly! They also don't sell smaller sizes so I'd have to buy another full tin for touch ups but that's not doing to happen, unfortunately I'm going to have to paint over the full wall with trusty Dulux to avoid this happening again.

I really love the colour selection and brand ethos of Coat but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Firstly, I ordered the wrong finish twice due to a confusing user experience issue on their website. They were very helpful about this, but make sure that you have bought the correct paint! I chose 'Ditch the Tie' in soft sheen and unfortunately after 3 coats by a professional painter, there was very patchy coverage and worse, after a few steamy showers you could see drip marks.

What attracted me to this brand of paint was the low VOC, I have a young child and my partner has asthma so it was important that I used a safe product. I ordered the nomad paint colour for my bathroom, and was incredibly pleased with the results. First I ordered the sample stickers which arrived promptly the next day - theses are brilliant for moving around the room to see in different lights without ruining my walls and I can keep them for future projects. I then ordered my paint which again came incredibly quickly and in the cutest packaging with a paint stirrer which I never seem to have so that was very useful. I am terrible at painting but the paint was so easy to apply that it even made my handywork look good. It was a perfect match to the sample that I had been sent. I will definitely be using this brand again on my next project.

We have used Coat paint in ‘Darlington’ eggshell to update our kitchen cabinets. We ordered a variety of stick on samples and decided on the perfect colour. The paint arrived promptly and in the most adorable packaging. The paint matches the sample exactly - we couldn’t be happier with the application and finish. I would highly recommend coat paints!

Brilliant company. I encountered some delivery issues with DPD and the team went above and beyond to help me. I am absolutely delighted with the final result and the quality is amazing (no lingering smell, dries fast, nice consistency, great packaging). I recently reached out to COAT as I had a large reno project that required significant guidance and a whole heaping load of paint! The customer service that I received from start to finish was exceptional and the support that I received when it came to choosing the best colours for my space was above and beyond. They have a fantastically curated colour palette and the Peel & Stick swatches I was given made life infinitely easier. Being able to move around/test out the swatches in different lighting and areas of the rooms is something that I have never seen before and something that, frankly, tester pots just cannot achieve! They even walked me through every step of the painting process to achieve the best results and it was so so so easy! Who knew painting could be made so fun?!
