Brilliant service, brilliant paint. Great company!

What a wonderful company with a great mission and their colour choice is amazing. Their customer service is excellent, very helpful and responded within minutes and also dealt with the issues right away. Very impressed with their customer service and look forward to trying the paint!

Good customer service, but paint quality is average/poor. I would use again when painting the same colour over another colour (eg., white over white for ceilings), but found the Matt paint thin and patchy, the eggshell crazed and needed much primer to fix. It totally ruined my fireplace even with 2 coats of primer. Certainly not self priming. I think Dulux is better quality and cheaper. Customer service is good generally, customer service for complaints/issues is pretty average. I will stick with farrow and ball from now on. Update: was sent extra paint to finish the job. With a primer the eggshell turned out well. Even with three coats the coverage on the emulsion was poor unfortunately. Ended up buying different paint to get the job finished. Overall, quite time consuming.

Recently painted our bedroom Ditch the Tie Green and we love love love it! First coat went on quite patchy so we weren't sure two coats would be enough but second coat went on fine and it looks beautiful, rich and soothing. Also love the company's ethics. Would definitely recommend!

I painted by bathroom in ‘The Record Store’, the quality of the paint is amazing and looks great! The packaging just makes the product-even comes with a paint stirrer! Very impressed and will be buying more colours!

I needed to redo my living room and this paint was a dream to work with. Easy to use and excellent coverage - it only took 3 coats of light grey to cover a very dark purple wall. As someone who is clumsy and lazy so couldn't be bothered to tape before painting the woodwork it was lovely to find out that the paint is easy to wipe up and the wall paint didn't need touching up at all much to my delight. I contacted a Rob for some advice about colours and was given some excellent advice and my room looks lovely. Accurate swatches, good paint, easy to clean and excellent advice - what more could you want?!

As a furniture upcycler I often find it difficult to find perfect colours that are the same in real life as they are on a swatch - with COAT, the colour is the same as expected and it makes my job so much easier!! I'd never tried this brand before and was so pleased with the friendly team behind it and the wonderful packaging it arrived in. The eggshell in the lovely dark navy colour "2am" I used gives a lovely finish, very pleased overall, and will use again now I know how good it is! Thanks guys!!

I ordered My Island and it is a gorgeous coral-orange colour. The paint was easy to work with and had excellent coverage. The extra touches (like the bag and stirrer) are really lovely. Excellent value for money.

What amazing colour choices! If you want elegant, rich tones that will always receive positive comments then use COAT! Also excellent service and communication throughout. Wow, COAT have revolutionised the world of pain! The colour swatches that you can stick on the walls are a great idea. I have just painted my kitchen and will from now on always use COAT. Such a lovely thick paint, the finish is brilliant. So much so I emailed the company to commend them. Go on folks get involved with the COAT revolution 👍

These guys have cracked the secret formula to a perfect painting experience: 1. Make true to colour, easy to use swatches that arrive super fast (we used Ciao, Sofia and it is stunning) - TICK 2. Beautiful, high quality paint that's easy to use (I am a complete novice and using Dulux in my kitchen almost caused a nervous breakdown) AND legitimately only required two coats (I was sceptical when I read this but it's 100% true) TICK 3. Incredibly customer service - I bought twice as much paint as I needed, and returning the unopened tins was so incredibly easy. The only thing that would make COAT better is if they started colour mixing, so that I never had to use another paint again...

Absolutely thrilled with our Coat paint colours across our new home. The swatches gave accurate colour references so we could paint with confidence. What a company! The swatches are brilliant and a perfect colour match to the paint. The delivery is speedy and efficient and the packaging is wonderful! The paint is importantly the best I’ve ever used; rich and deep. I also love the personal, friendly and engaging little extras in terms of emails and literature. If only every company was like this.

Used the old corset factory emulsion. The paint is true to colour to the swatch. Quite a thick paint, but goes forever. The colour depth is brilliant. Almost could have got away with one coat. Very good price for thr quality. Well defo be using again and recommending

I’m on my 3rd tin from Coat now and think they’re fab. I’ve had ‘Ditch the Tie’ green, ‘2am’ blue and I’m about to start on ‘Are you still watching?’. The colours are beautiful (100% match to the very handy stick on samples!) and the paint is so thick but goes on easy, making DIY much less painful. The service is also perfect: fast delivery, strong packaging and very slick branding. Final thing, I actually Instagrammed them asking for some colour advice, I wasn’t really expecting a response to be honest but I got a very quick and helpful one that led to purchase number 3! No regrets! (Which sounds a lot like something Coat would name a paint ha)

Okay, let me start by saying I rarely (if ever) leave reviews. I have tried many, many different paint brands before and COAT is by far my absolute favourite. Previously I had been using Lick (which is great) but COAT truly took it to the next level. Not only do I love their website and branding, but the packaging and unboxing experience was unreal (those cloth bags are amazing) and I absolutely love the sustainability aspect of the company. But the real thing we want to know is: is the paint good? Are the colours true to match? Yes and yes. We went with And Breathe in our spare room / work from home space and I'm obsessed. The coverage was AMAZING, it was good enough with just one coat (although I went back in to cover up some patches) but we did the room with one tin and I could not be happier. Am SO pleased I tried COAT and will 100000% be using them for the other walls in my flat. The only struggle is choosing which colour! Please give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent service/product. Recently decorated our bedroom with Flat Matt and colour was exactly as the swatch we had chosen which is so reassuring. So many lovely shades to choose from so planning to decorate another room soon and will definitely be using COAT paint again.
