Bought this hanging plant pot for an existing plant in a pot that was 15cm diameter - according to the product details this is 18cm in diameter. This relates to the maximum diameter NOT the diameter at the top of the plant pot which is approx 13cm. It's a lovely pot but I had to send it back as the opening is too narrow. Tried to leave a review online to let potential buyers know but was unable to do so due to a technical hitch. Overall; great product but info online was inaccurate

Great value, quick delivery

Disappointed when products arrived and box open and no cable. Contacted customer service who replied to say that had never happened before and sent the freepost label I asked for. In repacking aforesaid item to smaller box, I found the cable at the bottom of the packaging box filled with corn starch filling. Contacted customer services to let them know and asked if I could still use the Freepost label As I did not want to keep the product as it was much smaller than expected for a clock, they said i could use the label but would deduct £6.90 from the refund! Despite explaining the inconvenience in packing issues - I was not happy for them to meet me half way or make a concession with postage, seeing that most companies offer free returns postage these days. I also kept the other item I had ordered! Returned the second at my cost as their expected return postage for their label was way too high! Would not use them again.
