Superfast service and delivery

I haven't shopped at Hurn and Hurn very often, but I have never been disappointed with them when I do. I got some lovely items in my recent order, including a Navajo themed bear ornament and some really glorious wire lights. H&H's prices are very competitive. My new years resolution is to shop with them more often!

I wanted to make sure I would be sent a particular type of lamp and spoke with their Customer Services dept. They were extremely helpful and the item arrived promptly the following day.

Sloppy. 'Orders placed before 14:00 will be dispatched the same day' proclaims the website. Mine was placed before 14:00 but posted the day after with seller using 'Christmas' as the excuse. This though Christmas being two weeks away when order was placed.

The size and quality did not reflect the price point. I purchased a Small, Medium and Large. Especially the Medium and Small, they were simply not worth it I went to return them. Then came another big disappointment. The cost to return items is crazy. The site courier they recommend was the highest cost. Also, take into account if you are not on UK Mainland. It's costing me just as much to send these back than it does to buy them. Really disappointed and should have read reviews of products / costs of returns prior to purchasing.
