They seem like a lovely company, but unfortunately use DPD for their deliveries and we had a terrible time trying to receive our order. Ultimately we had to do two round trips of 20 miles to pick up the order, only to find that it was broken in two. To be fair, Hurn & Hurn refunded for the damaged goods, but their reputation is damaged by their couriers. I’d advise that you check postage and avoid options such as their extra cost Saturday delivery.

Good service, lovely door mats, perhaps a bit expensive for a door mat but the designs are so original and they look magnificent. Lovely quality and they are washable so should last a long time. Great size. Am considering buying spares, really finish the hall.
