I messaged them and asked them to expedite my delivery due to a tight deadline and they managed to give me a quick turn around whilst constantly keeping me updated. When I needed to resize the ring I bought, they made the process incredibly simple and sent the ring back to my address. The whole process was so incredibly simple and the customer service the best I have seen at any company. The ring was beautiful and looked exactly like the website. The boxes are also high quality and durable. Would highly recommend.

Great company, have previously ordered 2 pairs of white gold earrings which are fab! I’ve just placed a bespoke order for a bracelet for my wedding this year - I’m sure it’ll be exactly how I want it as the customer service was great

It took almost a month to receive the product, but end result worth it. Very happy with the ring I received, it's built is best spoke. The box has room for improvement though, it doesn't give any premium feeling at all.
