Well from start to finish the guys at Abelini were fantastic,I was worried about the purchase of my suprise present for my wife Christmas present as you can't tell from photos but I can say they reassured me and every question I asked they satisfied me with there answer came in early delivery time as well as being kept well informed every step of the way the 1ct gold stud earrings are beautiful Lab tested you can't tell the difference believe me AV looked everywhere and these are beautiful and saved me £200 elsewhere from other Diamond jewellery retailers in Liverpool thanks to Ruth, Nancy and team have a lovely Christmas

Unfortunately the diamond pendant and chain weren't suitable fir me but the return process went smoothly and refund received quickly. Very pleasant customer service on telephone and email.
