This is the third time I had bought a piece of jewellery from Abelini. Why? Because they are so reliable, helpful and most importantly, the price is so reasonable. The customer team gave me a lot of advice during the process, and the quality of the final product is second to none. This time, I had bought a ruby ring to celebrate my wedding anniversary, birthday and Christmas and the ring is stunning!

5 stars to the WHOLE team, from customer service calling me multiple times to keep me in the loop, to the workshop for getting a ring polished for same day dispatch with an hours notice, and to the dispatch team for coordinating getting the ring in the post on the same day as initially receiving the order! I thought I was asking for a miracle when I asked Abelini if I could get a ring ordered, polished, shipped and delivered in under 48 hours (the ring my brother had on order from another jeweller was delayed in production at the very last minute and ETA pushed back to the New Year, but the proposal was all organised, and included flying to Prague in 2 days time!!!!) but Abelini came through with flying colours. The proposal went off without a hitch, and the new bride-to-be absolutely adores the ring. It's not only a beautiful piece (that definitely looks like it should've cost 10 times the amount it did from Abelini!) but it's also a testament to the people behind a corporation coming through for someone, and even when they have no obligation to put themselves out to go the extra mile, they go the extra 100! Thank you!!!

Communication regarding my order was excellent throughout. I made a mistake when I placed the order and instead of just fulfilling it without checking, Vinit contacted me and corrected the issue straight away. The earrings I purchased are absolutely beautiful. They are a Christmas gift and I’m sure the recipient will be over the moon!

I received my ring yesterday and I love it. I ordered the moissanite ring but thought it would be sparkly than it is. I researched what stone to get prior, natural diamond, lab diamond and the Moissanite stone and believed that what I had chosen was sparklier. Unfortunately it isn’t all that sparky. Apart from that the ring is gorgeous
