I waited longer for the item I ordered to be dispatched. The item was sent to the wrong place and I'm still waiting for the problem to be solved.

I ordered a diamond ring from the website, but when the order confirmation email arrived I noticed that I had entered an incorrect size. I immediately emailed back to correct it and received confirmation within minutes. I have subsequently required to email several times and each time a reply came straight away. Customer service very polite and informative. The ring arrived, beautifully boxed and earlier than stated and to my eyes is really lovely. My wife hasn't been presented with it yet so will have to report back on that one.
