I bought a beautiful ruby diamond ring from Abelini for my fiancé. I was very impressed with the all round excellent and professional service. The website was user friendly and easy to use. The rings are made to order which I really liked the idea of. Therefore, there is no other ring exactly like it. From the website you can build your ring to meet your preferences and the variety is amazing. For the amazing service that you get the rings are very competitively priced. I ordered the ring on the 23rd August and it was delivered on the 5th September. During that time, I messaged their customer service through online chat and on both occasions had an instant reply. When the ring arrived it was beautifully packaged, including a lovely ring box. When I opened the box I was extremely impressed with the quality of the ring. It is beautiful and sparkles when the light catches it. I paid £285 for it but there was a sale on at the time. You also get with it a certificate of authenticity which gives the true value of the ring which in this case was £498. What an incredible bargain! Thanks Abelini for such an amazing all round service. 🙂

Really good quality products - very happy with my wedding band! The returns process isn’t very formal and could potentially be improved from a customer experience perspective, but it was easy to follow the instructions so I ordered a second time and got a different ring.

Friendly staff, fair prices and they have good customer serivce

I bought a sample ring of the engagement ring I want, it was absolutely beautiful! Really well packaged, the packaging itself looked and felt very luxurious. I wore it for a couple of weeks just because I loved it so much, had a lot of compliments! As it’s not meant to be worn, and just a sample it has bent and a couple of stones fell out but that was expected! I can’t wait to get the real thing!

Had a small issue with my earrings. Contacted the company and had a fast positive response. Sent the earrings back and they were so helpful and offered to correct the issue, which might have been caused by me, without charge. First class service. This is a Company you can trust. Lovely, well made products and first class service. It was as if my earrings cost thousands, which sadly they didn’t. Love them though.

Great customer service. Got back to me fast and answered all question. The necklace was lovely. Wish it was a bit bigger. Looked much bigger on pictures and more sparkly. The clasp is difficult to do on the necklace quite time consuming. Overall necklace is nice
