Ordered a saree and blouse to stitch. .My order was cancelled due to,they couldn’t deliver in time as I wanted. Website said 2 weeks but my order was only acknowledged after 2 weeks and would take longer. I am still awaiting for my refund.Bad communication. Please refund my money. Thankyou

Just beautiful. I am getting married soon so will be ordering my bridal outfit from here which i am super excited about now.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the team. I received super fast customer service. they made sure I received my order within time for my event. I was emailed to confirm all measurements and edit any if incorrect so I was at ease knowing that they’ve checked and emailed me to confirm it is all correctly done. Anyway my outfit is beautiful and i am extremely happy.

Absolutely disappointed with service. Rude ! Un empathetic. Spoilt my outfit for a close family wedding i have coming up however they dont seem to care as apparently i gave the measurements and am responsible for them however the outfit was stitched terribly material quality does not fit the price i paid! Nor does the tailoring. Just disaster. Thankfully my aunt who sews saved the outfit for me so thats the only reason im keeping it not putting it in the bin! Even my aunt said it would be hard to resurrect the appalling tailoring.

Item arrived in time. Well packed. As shown in pictures. No issues with my purchase. (I fell) the prices are decent. Had in issue with the invoice that showed the dipatch date of 2014 when I bought the item on 2021 but contacted Omsara on instagram and they replied the next morning with the correct invoice. Easy to contact, just give them some time, I'm sure they have a lot to deal with. The website could do with some fixing, the login page and history page is weird, which lead to me thinking the website is not genuine but seeing reviews here says otherwise I thought I would give it a go and not disappointed.

Terrible shopping experience! We ordered a some material for a pant suite on 5 October and nearly a month (30 th Nov) we cannot get any update as to when the material is going to be despatched. Phone calls are never answered. There is no facility on their website to provide any updates. The order conformation is a no-reply email. The only other method of getting in touch with Omsara is to use the email address: info@……., this is a generic email that does not relate directly to my account or to my order. Anyway I did write to info@……., and got a reply from someone at Omsara. Reference to my complains about the lack of information about delivery, They referred me to a generic statement about Covid effecting deliveries that is there on their website and that my order is now cancelled. Incredibly they also stated in the email that I am a ‘fraudulent customer’ and they are going to inform my credit card company accordingly. I am now waiting for a refund (can’t be that fraudulent if he has taken my money) and other consequences threatened by Omsara This has been a terrible shopping experience. Customers, please be aware you may be getting a nasty email from Omsara.

Well what can I say , what a excellent customer service and trustworthy and promising service they have I placed my order knowing that I wasn’t going get it on time but once I emailed omsara with the concern I had they shipped this out on time The outfit was lovely and I am wearing it now as I write this review It was a perfect fit I would recommend this to anyone I know I will be ordering other outfits from omsara again

I have been delighted with my purchase from Omsara and with the excellent service I received. The first outfit I ordered could not be made as there was a fault with the fabric. The one I chose next was made to measure and arrived in very good time; beautifully made and all the staff at Omsara have been fantastic. Thank you

Absolutely thrilled to receive my lehenga today. Your whole team have been fabulous in making sure I get my outfit in time. The latkans are so so beautiful very expensive quality. This would of cost me £1000’s in an actual store compared to your online store.

Luckily I found this store via Instagram and was in a bit of rush to order an outfit for a wedding in 3 weeks. The customer service team was a great help in making sure I received my order in in time before my event. It took about 12 days to receive my stitched order and honestly the dress I ordered is so beautiful. I have a couple more events coming up so will definitely be ordering for those as well.

The customer service is wonderful such a lovely team quick responses. Ordered twice now and both my outfits are gorgeous. Thanks to Alina for having put up with my 101 questions lol.

In the past week I have made two orders. For the first order, I emailed immediately afterwards because I had noticed an error in my measurements. I received no reply so 2 days later I emailed again to check whether they had received my request. I had an email response to let me know that the order was cancelled due to the product being out of stock. There was no apology for the inconvenience, however I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt. I made another order later that day for a different product. I received confirmation that the order had been received and was being processed. 3 days passed and the money had not left my account so I sent another email to enquire what was happening. The response said ‘it can take 2-4 days max for your bank to release that payment back’. I replied saying I don’t want the payment back, I want the product. I had a reply saying that the system ‘voided the payment’ due to the ‘older designs’ being out of stock. Unfortunately, no one had bothered to let me know until I chased my order so presumably, I would have still been waiting for my product in 5 week’s time leaving me with no time to find an alternative product for my event. Additionally, no one bothered to apologise for the inconvenience (which I had experienced twice). My advice is, don’t bother with this company and take your custom elsewhere, if you want quality customer service and/or actually want your order to arrive. UPDATE - Omsara have changed their response to me 4 times to make it look like I am lying and not giving an accurate representation of my experience - they have also asked trustpilot to withdraw the review stating that I have reviewed the wrong domain. I don’t wish to engage in the back and forth discussions on a platform on which the public cannot see the thread. Unfortunately their response is full of information which is factually incorrect (they did not send cancellation notifications, they didn’t reply to all my emails within hours, my payment wasn’t declined due to my card and I received no apology until I asked for one) but it is very difficult to prove without being able to share screenshots of my experiences. Take from that what you will, but my recommendation remains to take your business elsewhere.

Really good customer service, especially from Sameer and Cameron. Both were always communicative and answered my queries. The dress wasn't dispatched on the date published online however I still received the outfit on time and Sameer and Cameron were extremely good at keeping me in the loop with what was happening. Thank you both for making this process easier and less stressful.

I shopped here recently during lockdown and received excellent customer service. My dress is beautiful too. A special thanks to Sameer and Alina for all the help and responding to me numerous email (lol) I was very nervous as it was first time order and the dress was got my wedding.

Excellent customer service! Had a chat with their team Sheena via Instagram chat who wasted no time in dealing with my query with some alterations. I have just placed my second order with omsara now after receiving my beautiful lehenga which I’m ever so pleased with 😃.

Really happy with my evening gown it is perfect I cannot wait to wear this for my wedding this April. Thank you to the entire team for working on this for me during the pandemic. Amazing customer service.
