My outfit is just what I wanted and more š. The guy I spoke to over the phone (Jay) was a great help answered all my questions. I have recommended this store to family and friends.

Norway | 24 July 2020Unfortunately I shopped at this place without reading the countless negative reviews and I, like many others, have fallen prey to the scam - and out right theft - of this website. I ordered a dress from their website, not only was the quality of the material poor, the dress was stitched all wrong, the skirt being sewn on the wrong way.. After asking for a refund I have not heard back from them. Before placing an order they answered all mails and Instagram messages within hours, now they have ignored me for weeks. Save your money DO NOT SHOP HERE. Update: I have received their reimbursement after jumping through all their hoops, which is in no way worth all the trouble, but it was the most they were willing to budge. I have never experienced this with any other professional company. Will never be shopping here again nor recommend them, its not worth the time and effort.

United Kingdom | 15 July 2020One word - RUBBISH! I ordered 2 suits from them. One of which I never received. When I told them this they told me they delivered it months ago (it was never delivered to my house). They had forgotten that during the time they said it was delivered to me, they sent me an email saying the product is still in stitching. When I pressed them to send it to me or give me a refund, they completely ignored all my emails. I order a lot of stuff online and this was my worst experience. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Note to the store: if you cannot provide a refund for a suit you apparently sent out (but I didn't receive), then why should I pay for something I'm not getting? There is absolute lack of communication and the communication you do get is poor. Your previous bad reviews just show you making excuses for your bad customer service instead of actually working on the problem.

You can get the very same dresses, better stitching and sooner from other websites for 60% cheaper. My lehnga was short on me as the picture wasn't clear when measuring the length. I assumed the sequins were on the skirt so measured according to that. I now have a Ā£240 dress that I will not be wearing. I kind of took this with a pinch of salt, UNTIL I went onto another well known website and found that the same dress with stitching would cost me Ā£100. The stitching wasn't great. When I sent them an e-mail asking them to redeem themselves, i.e. look to refund at least part of the money to me, they sent me a lengthy e-mail justifying the price and badmouthing another business! I ordered 2 dresses from the other business at the same time as I had ordered from omsara. Can I just say the other businessā quality and fitting is AMMMAZING. And they arrived 2 weeks before the dress from Omsara too.

United Kingdom | 27 October 2019When I placed an order for the fist time there was a misunderstanding with the delivery details and I was a bit upset as I did not receive the saree I wanted to wear for my daughter's wedding. So I got my order much later and was very very happy with the product as it looked exactly the same as in the picture in Omsara's website. I would highly recommend Omsara and would advise customers to double check the delivery dates etc prior to placing an order.

I donāt think I would care about the lengha if it werenāt for the annoying customer service, it makes customers very upset. Additionally, I donāt know why but the lengha feels like paper! It just did not look like a quality piece that was worth 300. When I asked to return the item, it goes through different customer service ārepresentativesā that keep asking you to email someone else. I still havenāt gotten directions about how to return. Note: Like other reviewers, This woman is contacting me 2 years after my review was posted to remind me of my bad experience and pretending that she needs my order number to make me feel even worse about the refund she never responded to. STOP CONTACTING US. Btw, does OmSara want to buy back the crusty never worn lengha? Contact me then.

United Kingdom | 07 April 2018This is the worst company Iāve ever experienced. I ordered a garment with fitting online, but the item I received was a cheap knock off version of the online image. It was pink instead of white, the chunni didnāt match at all, there was no embroidery on the back of the dress and the bodice was a different colour to the skirt! I contacted ācustomer servicesā and I was met with a bunch of defensive excuses. They actually stated that their garments can appear different online due to manipulation of lighting and model pose! I explained, as agreed with by trading standards, that as the online image did not truely match the actual item they were in breach of the Customer Rights Act. As such, I should be entitled to a full refund as any policies regarding refusal of refund due to customisation are void due to an incorrect portrayal of the item. The customer service team were awful to deal with throughout... if you disagree with their opinions they would get very passive aggressive and defensive. This is evident in some of their responses to negative reviews on here. I did eventually get a partial refund but am Ā£50 out of pocket. Please be warned. If you shop here you could lose a lot of money and time! *UPDATE* Nearly a year after my original review Omsara are asking for my order number?? I am getting continual emails for an order number even though on 2 occasions I have responded that I no longer wish to communicate or shop with them again! I believe they are trying to have my review removed. My order has been authenticated by trustpilot and there is nothing left to resolve... you have pocketed my money and I have no garment to show for it and as such you have lost a customer in me. You should have shown this much concern whilst I was a customer! Please stop emailing now... I have no wish to further correspond with yourselves.
